Don't do it, just don't. I thought it would be a good idea to save a few bucks and order from instead of Amazon - spoiler, TERRIBLE IDEA! Nobody can tell me where my package is. I have received notification that it is on the truck and out for delivery the past 4 days already. Their chat system is a joke, constantly disconnected, and their phone system is a 1-hour wait. I rather order with Amazon who are at least upfront with their delays and are in constant communications with you regarding the status of your package, then sit around and wait for them to get their ish together.

Horrible company! I will never purchase anything from them again. I purchased a jacket from them only to receive an email 3 days later saying that my purchase was cancelled due to not being in stock anymore. Highly disappointing for my first time using this company. They should have a more accurate stocking system, I've never had this issue with any other company. I'll stick to REI in the future.

Do not order!! I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from this company and when they got here they were worn, creased, and dirty. The box was a plain white box with “Air Force 1” written in marker on it and a sticker saying they were from the returns. They ship anything out without looking at it. I also worked there for a while and had multiple people come in with the same problem.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! I am an avid online shopper and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with dealing with what most companies would consider and easy fix. Mind you I was more than patient considering everything that is going on with covid, I placed my order mid March for a squat rack that was supposed to be delivered within a week or so, I receive the order and it came wrong they sent two of the same boxes instead of box one and box two they sent two box ones so I had duplicate parts but missing box two. Anyway not to frustrated I called and asked them to send it out and they said within 48 hours they will call and send a replacement I was completely content and happy. They never called this was April 1st at that point it is now the 13th no call back and I called in and a manager names Boris E handled it so poorly I am baffled, he told me that I would not be able to get a refund until they picked it up (I had to coordinate a pick up time with the carrier) and on top of that I’d have to pay for a new order right away to receive a new item, so I’d be in the hole for 1 thousand+ dollars (536 dollars after shipping per item) without even receiving what I paid for in the first place. All I wanted was a replacement no discount nothing just what I initially paid for. And the worst part, I’ve been on hold 3 different times for multiple hours and still not resolve. All I want is what I paid for.

I placed an order 03/27 and they charged my credit card the same day. NEVER received my order and Fedex told me 04/02 "You do NOT currently have any shipment. In a 04/02 live chat with Melissa, I was told that my order was OUT OF STOCK. I asked for a total refund but did not get it, hence a complaint to the BBB. If I understand these are difficult times, a company should NOT charge a customer for out of stock items, that's dishonest.

I've ordered from D Sporting Goods online three times within the year and found myself having to contact them after each order because they screwed up all of them. The most recent and most frustrating is that I ordered two 25 lb weight plates and only one came in. The package says it's 50 lbs, but it only contained one. FedEx was able to confirm this and that there were no other packages for the order. I reached out and they're unable to provide a new one so instead I'm getting the funds for the one put back on the gift card I had used. They said this could take 3-5 days for it to be refunded and are sending me a shipping label to return the other one, which is honestly a colossal waste of time. I've been running everywhere trying to find weights due to COVID-19 and I wrongly trusted them to provide the weights. Now it looks like I'm SOL. I tried ordering this stuff before and they cancelled it two days later because they ended up being out of stock, which only adds to my frustration. Customer service has done very little to remedy this. The items I've actually returned were for far less than what I had originally paid too. I can't wait to get rid of this gift card so I don't ever have to shop here again. Their competitor is a little more pricey, but at least I know they won't screw up every time I place an order.

D?cks Sporting store is history. Haven't been there since they've gone anti gun now they're closing out hunting section. You can buy everything they sell now online and for less.

Got a pair of shoes, got home and relized that the shoes were different sizes, I live 1 1/2 hrs away. Called them and they cant do nothing unless I drive all the way back. Not my fault, worse customer service ever. Will not be a customer anymore for any reason. Call Nike and they said they have had alot of issues lately and the Nike person said they would never get shoes from Ducks because of all the completes they here from them. Just crazy that they wont help me out at all really sad.
