I placed an order online at 9pm and canceled 7am the next morning but at 1pm the order was shipped. Called and customer service was the worst ever. First one hung up on me. 2nd one told me they will have someone call me but no one did. The 2nd person even told me she will email the transcript of our call since she claims that I will be refunded the full amount including shipping. Never emailed. Finally the store opened and I returned the item only to find out shipping is not refundable. Never again will I shop at DSG. Their true to their name but worse. No sense of customer service. What goes around comes around.

Worst online delivery service and customer care. Please don't order anything online. I placed an online order for delivery yesterday night. Canceled the order literally within 20 minutes. 15 hours have gone by and no updates on the cancellation request yet. I have reached out to the customer representatives 2 times this morning and they just mentioned that my cancellation request is being processed. In the meantime, the order status changed from 'processing' to 'preparing for shipping'. The customer rep says if it's shipped, I could return it and I would later be reimbursed for the same. That's pathetic! Why would you ship an order that was canceled within 20 mins of placing it and the customer has been actively trying to reach out to customer care to expedite the cancellation process? Waste of everybody's time and resources. Then I would have to return it and wait for the refund for another couple of weeks. I read several similar reviews online. People canceled the items and still those were shipped. They received an email 3-4 days later mentioning that the order could not be canceled. What century are we living in?

Ordered the TruJump 14’trampoline. First package i got was just the net and padding. The rep told me she would send a new product because I was shipped the wrong thing... never received it. Days later, i got the WRONG mat and the frame. After calling 5 times (being on hold for almost an hour each time), they said they would credit me $60 to buy a new mat somewhere else. They only credited me $31. Called back and it was escalated to a manager... he was the most rude and unprofessional person ever. He told me I was a liar and he will not credit me anymore money towards a new mat. Then he said he’s hanging up now, and he hung up on me! I will never again but anything from D*cks... they just want your money, and will not make things right if they mess up!

While shopping online I accidentally clicked on submit order for a product I was trying to calculate shipping on. I did not intend on purchasing the product. However the online purchase was submitted. Within a few minutes of placing the order I submitted a request to cancel the order. A day later I get a notification the order had shipped. Four days later I get a notification the request to cancel the order has been denied. I will never spend a dime with this company ever again

worst customer service ever. Took my online order, took my money then cancelled my order. They now have 800.00 dollars tied up for up to thee days and won't do anything to rectify the problem. I will never recommend anyone ever use this company

Do NOT buy a bike at this store. They have a 24-hour return policy on bikes. Ridiculous. Their customer service is appalling. The store manager was condescending, treating me as though I do not know how to ride a bike and switch the gears correctly and then basically went on to say well what do you expect from the low-end price point bikes. $350. Huh. How is this a low-end price point bike with minimum wage being so low in this country? No wonder they are closing their stores all across the country.

My first and only experience with this company was really terrible....I place an order on line on May 21 for crocs that showed they were in stock for my autistic daughter and I received an email stating that delivery date was May 27, which they never came so I called a d the CS rep checked and tells me that the crocs were shipping from the manufacturer and that it was closed due to the Covid 19. So I said I wanted to cancelled the order instead, so she said she couldn't do that bc the order was ready to be shipped and can't change the order to cancel when she had just told me that the manufacturer was Closed until further notice depending on what State was the manufacturer she had no idea was when they are shipping the crocs and on top of that they process my card for the crocs and shipping ( I check in my bank) for the crocs that I don't even know if they are going to be shipped . The only thing she was able to do was put NOTEs in the order to see if her tech dept can cancel my order and refund me 🤮😡😡😡😡 They should really update their ware house notes and WEBSITE if a shoe is not able to be shipped for what ever reason!! then don't put it on your Website. Don't have customers go thru this hustle of being calling and waiting for status on an order....that is not going ship. Their stock status on line not a really reliable on their website.

This review details a poor customer service experience and lack of committal to dates. I placed an order, didn't receive the items, and cancelled the order 17 days later with multiple emails and calls to the customer service department. I ordered 3 items and had only 1 item ship to me. After the estimated delivery day passed without having the items shipped, I called the customer service and was told that I should receive an email response after 48 hours. After 72 hours, I called back again asking what was the status of the order was and that I didn't receive any information as promised. I was then told to wait no more than 24 hours for a response. More than a day later, I received an email asking if I want to cancel my order. I emailed back if they had a new ship date to which they replied they didn't. I then requested my order to be cancelled. This was a very frustrating experience with me having to track down information repeatedly. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and wrote to in an email was very friendly however, seemed to be ill-informed unfortunately. I should not have had to go to those lengths just to be informed that D ICK's has no idea when I will be getting my items and that the estimated delivery dates were false. This was my first online experience with D ICK's and I do not want to purchase from them again in the future.
