I purchased two e-z pop up tent replacements tops in feb 2020.got very sick and didnt check return policy, well they were advertised as 10'x 10' tops on sale.just out the hospital june 20 . get help to put them up for holiday open them up package says 10ft x 10ft slant leg tops all said and gone they are 8ft x 8 ft in small print on package. call customer service was told they would send right size free ,no shipping charges either. well the holiday is here now, no tent tops no follow up call to me about item or status of items , i don't blame customer service i blame management rep only follow their scripts. I will no longer do business with them .please thank reps on line.

I bought 2 Pelican kayaks. One came without a plug and scratches on bottom. I dont mind that it was used, but I do need a plug to keep water out. They do not have one, will not even try to get one for me, and said it was my responsibility to get a plug for the incomplete kayak they sold me. In otherwords, tough luck. I will never, ever guy anything from them again and if you do, no NOT expect any customer service.

Returned an item via Fedex. DSG received on 5/26/2020 When there wasn't a refund back on my original form of payment after 4 weeks, I chatted with a rep, the rep said refunds can take up to 90 days. When I said that wasn't on website anywhere, actually states 2-3 weeks after receipt of return. Rep told me I should just hold tight for 60 more days. Personal thought, maybe we shouldn't have to pay for good until we use them for 90 days. i will never shop at DSG again and I make sure to tell everyone i know the same.

I received a gift of 3 dozen golf balls that are priced at $44.99 a dozen. Being these weren’t the balls I usually play I read the company return policy and they will take them back without receipt for lowest selling price. I figured I would go and exchange them for the balls I usually play. When I got to the store and they scanned the balls and said the best they could give was $9.99 a dozen. I asked them to provide the date when they sold Taylormade TP5 golf balls for $9.99 A dozen and they couldn’t give me an answer. For those who know nothing about TP5 golf balls, they would never be $9.99 a dozen. A sleeve of 3 cost $12.00 all day. This company is about ripping consumers off. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!

They removed my review once on Dic k's Sporting goods site I placed an online order. The order went to a store about 3 hours away. When I finally got them they were used. Grass, dirt, and most of all wear. The logo was even worn off one insole. The shoes had already taken the shape of whomever's clods had graced the inside. Not only was I shocked to see that a STORE had given someone a refund or replacement for these obviously worn shoes, but the level of incompetence at the store level to ship them to a new customer is beyond anything retraining could fix. I contacted support chat and since these were Guaranteed to be delivered by Father's Day (Today) the agent assured me they would be overnighted to me and for me to send these back. Checking FedEX today they do not appear to be overnighted as the estimated delivery date is 6/30/20. NINE days from today. What had happened to this company? Do they even care? I am well aware this review was to be for the cleats, however I care as much as Dic k's does, so since I can't review something I don't have, I'll just post my experience.

Freaking Pissed!! Ordered a pair of sneakers for my husband for Father's Day. Before I ordered it said I would receive it on the 18th..so I was hapoy that I would get it before Father's Day. The 18th passed and NOTHING. I called them and they told me that I won't receive it till the 25th! WTH?! Why did they lie?? For guaranteed money? Now my husband won't have his gift on the day he was supposed to all thanks to THEM!!! (DIDN'T EVEN LET ME WRITE THEIR NAME LOL, SMFH) NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM THEM!

Terrible customer service. Web site designed to take you in circles if you try and complain about online order. It's been shipped 8 days ago and supposedly given to post office. So fed up with this company. Never again will order from them. Company will fold soon you watch. Terrible leadership.

UPDATE: After no help from customer service, I was finally able to get my money back. Had to report them to PayPal and within a couple days my money was refunded. Placed an order of 4 items on 5/29/20 with all items said to be delivered 6/4/20 (reasonable). All items were individually shipped (weird, but ok), and all were received by 6/8/20 except 1. Just so happened to be the one item I needed by 6/8. I did not want the package to be delivered while out of town and possibly get stolen/damaged outside for 2 weeks. After phone calls to customer service and Fedex I learned that Fedex kept pushing back delivery date. X's customer service was terrible and would not cancel the delivery. I managed to get Fedex to return the item to the shipper, and now X's says i "may" get a refund sometime in 90+ days. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else. X= the name of the company, since it's apparently considered "inappropriate language".
