The Customer Service in the Front is Absolutely Horrible!! Them B@$*@...are Lazy Af! I stopped Shopping at DSporting Goods Years ago For this very Reason.The Staff in the Shoe area was Great! If my boy didn't need those shoes the next day I would've left them at that fuqn store! This thing is telling me I'm using inappropriate language It's the name of the Store!

Terrible customer service....took 45 minutes trying to make a purchase and apply a coupon code. The couldn't get it done. I'd rather pay more elsewhere.

Ordered two bike helmets and two pairs of running shoes. The day I did, I called as I didn’t get a confirmation email. Was told I had input the incorrect email but they confirmed my email in app and account were correct. They also said they couldn’t cancel. Today order went to incorrect address Only option given dispute it with credit card company. Good Lord....2020 is a crazy year...

On 9/6/2020 my husband purchased a Hydro Flask sip lid. He took a picture of the Hydro Flask lids display & sent it to me showing they had a pink lid and did i want it, but it wasnt sip lid. At the register the Hydro Flask sip lid scanned $12.50. My husband told the employee that display and ALL the Hydro Flask lids were marked $7.95, which you can clearly see in the picture he took. The employee said if you want it, it's $12.50. He bought cuz he knew I really wanted it. It's My opinion that is a classic "bait & switch" move. If it's an honest mistake than you honor the mistake, especially if the customer asks. To: DICKSSPORTINGGOODS; you can do better, if you choose to. I still have the picture & the receipt if you're interested.

Do not use this sorry company for credit. They just lowered my credit card limit for no reason. I called to ask them and they said I closed the account which I didn’t. Don’t use them if you have other options for credit. And the store SUCKS anyway.

I purchased an item and canceled it in literally 5 mins... item wasn’t shipped or processed... I immediately cancel the item And they tell me they still have to ship it... days later... because that’s how their system is set up... Terrible system... I have never had a company force the situation for me to have to be inconvenienced and send it right back... I just will no longer order from them! First and last

Gave this store my own tennis string for a racquet string job. Idiot stringer broke my string and blamed the string was defective. The stringer did not know how to work with that high quality string, thus breaking it. Punk manager all but threw the string at me, no refund, no attempt to keep my business. Guess why I haven't frequented since, and have convinced many others not to frequent, and will continue to do so?

This is the worst online service I have had to deal with. The cooler I ordered was back order but the did not tell me at the time I ordered it. I call and spoke to a rep. whose side he was sorry and offered to send me a second cooler in a different cooler withe a 20%discount. That never happened but the charged my credit card..Still waiting to get an order
