So disappointed with Dick Sporting good store went to buy a north face jacket for my son and it said 299 on sale for 192.97 Black Friday sale on the website and when I put it in my cart the price never changed so I called they said no that couldn’t see the jacket on sale because they were sold out amazing done with dick Sporting good store won’t order from them again👎🏻

I will never shop there again they have removed all the guns all the fishing stuff and all the knives bows arrows way to go libtards and soccer moms

Horrible customer service and no gun sales makes them the worst sporting goods stores on the market. “Get Woke, Go Broke”!! Another lost customer........Take a hint Dick’s and close your doors for good, you SUCK!!! I’ll be a Cabelas & Bass Pro Shop customer for life!!!

I went to purchase new shoes. I used a gift card at checkout that said gift card was applied. No amount was applied to my purchase. I took a screenshot and showed customer service. Apparently I have to return my product before I can apply the gift card. Nevermind the amount of time it took for delivery and then to send it back and then to get the shoes again. I clearly didnt need or want them. I am paying to play in leagues to use the shoes I ordered and now I cant use them. I asked to get in touch with a supervisor and two weeks later I am still waiting.

Tried to buy an elliptical machine and found that the Dicksportinggoods supplier had it on sale cheaper. The manager wouldn't match the price from their own supplier! Forget the price match guarantee they proudly display. They also don't give a military discount. I won't go back.

They really need to retrain their employees better. I recently went to the Sporting Goods Store in Oneonta to exchange a pair of Adidas for a bigger size. The "salesman" who was supposed to be helping me had to leave to help someone else in the middle of helping me. He never came back to help. I took the shoes to customer service and exchanged them. I got home and realized they were too big. I decided to go with the Adidas AX3 Gore-tex instead of the Swift R2 and checked to make sure they were in stock at the Binghamton store and they were. I drove an hour to the store and asked for the AX3 Gore-tex in 11 1/2 and 12 just to make sure I got the right size this time. I got there and asked if I could get some help with shoes and the salesperson said the shoe "specialist" was in the back busy. I work at Lowe's and if a customer asked for a specific associate we make sure that associate helps the customer. He went to get the two pairs and I had said black and instead he brought out a different color. I asked for the black ones and he called someone else to help me and he left. No one came to help so I went to customer service and asked for someone to help me. She offered to help me. I told her I wanted black AX3 Gore-tex and wanted to try the 11 1/2 and the 12 to make sure I got the right one. The salesperson brought out the two and told me they were the AX3. I didn't have my glasses on so I trusted her. I exchanged them and got out to my car and realized she gave me the Swift R2. I decided to just keep them since I had been to 4 different stores already.

Bad service First order 3 days delayed Second 7 days delayed Third 10 days delayed and the package was damaged Forth on time but I can’t find my order until my neighbor ring my door bell Fifth They canceled my order because they are out of stock. None of those orders are satisfied

Terrible price matching policy - beware I had ordered a Sole E55 elliptical unit from in store yesterday 10/01, and was price matched with the manufacturer at 1499.99. The order came out to a little over 1600 with taxes. I received an email this morning that my order was cancelled due to 'out of stock'. Their website says they still have 7 Available and Ready to Ship, so I called the customer service number. After 45 mins of working with one lady, I was transferred to an escalation personnel who explained to me that they can price match the manufacturer's website at 1499.99, but as it has to be shipped it would cost me an additional 140. The Sole manufacturer's website specifically details FREE SHIPPING, and when I explained that to the lady she said there was nothing she can do and if i wanted to order through D ick's, I would have to pay the 140 for shipping. I'm going to go ahead and call it as it is - a "D ick move". So my business went to the manufacturer instead. Sorry to say, you won't be getting my business again.
