Dick’s website is horrible. I love shopping at their stores, but I am constantly having issues with their website......CONSTANTLY. It will just freeze and then I am unable to get back in for several hours inhale tried different computers, phones, networks, etc and the same issue persists. It is so frustrating. I am trying to buy things from your website.....have a website that doesn’t freeze up!!

A dozen or more employees standing around the store doing nothing and only one employee at check.out whe there's a line. Stupid!

The store in Ashland, Kentucky has lost a customer. I live an hour away from the store and called to confirm they had a product in stock. The person that answered the phone absolutely confirmed that they did have it. I made the trip immediately after calling only to find out that they did not have the product available. Horrible customer service. The person answering the phone should have checked especially after being a informed that I was traveling an hour to get there.

Does Dick's website ever work properly? I attempted to make a purchase in May 2020 and had all kinds of issues and finally after numerous calls and chats I was able to make a purchase... flash forward to August 2020... same darned thing! Now, guess what??? It is November 2020 and once again, or should I say still, their website won't accept payment for any of my credit cards or even Paypal. Nope, not my issue with credit cards and this is the only store who are screwed up like this and I'm a heavy internet purchaser! Sad.

placed an order for a jersey 10/20/20 and it was supposed to ship on 11/20/2020. Today's date 11/30/2020, still no tracking number on status of order and when I called customer service, I was repeatedly placed on hold for management to pick up but never did. Still, I have no information on my order which was placed over a month ago.

Amazing,,,came into D's sporting goods for a pair of Air Jordan's for my daughter, one "sales" person with 15 customers, done away with all sales people at at katy tx location, set up a bar code reader to retrieve the shoes you choose...out of stock on 3 different shoes...gave up frustrated and left store. Much better experience at academy. Ended up dropping $550 @ Academy with a lot of courtesy from salespeople. Inevitably internet will accelerate commoditization of everything including athletic shoes. Brick a mortar Dick stores will be going away without salespeople as an incentive to shop in store.

Dick’s site locked up after I got items in cart but before I could pay when site came back up discount gone told nothing they could do

Bought a youth bike at the Thousand Oaks location. Called beforehand and was assured of a 25% Black Friday discount on all bikes and my child should come in to be fitted for the bike. When arrived at store were helped by teenagers who knew nothing about bicycles. Lots of rolling eyes and sighs. Unprofessional. After asking multiple times I found that contrary to the teens, the discount did in fact apply to bikes. Paperwork was a mess. Kept us in store during COVID for over 2 hours. Price on bike was just ok. Will not be shopping at Dick’s ever again.
