My husbands experience was awful. on 12/24/2020 My husband went to Dick's Sporting Goods located at Fair oaks Mall in Fairfax, va. while looking for an item that he couldn't find. he saw one of the associates passing by. He nicely asked him ( excuse me can I ask a question). the associate rolled his eyes and waives my husband off, and he continued walking to the break room. and because it was 'SO DISRESPECTFUL' my husband asked to speak to the manager. and when Mr. Sohel the manager came in. He did not ask my husband what's the problem. he only kept asking him to leave the store. He did not show any interest in apologizing, or trying to listen to what's the issue. he only asked my husband to leave the store and told him (do what ever he wants to do). I find that so judgmental, disrespectful, and racist behavior. if the manager of the store is behaving like that, how the employees will behave!!. I think they should train their staff more about Customer Service.

If I could leave no stars I would. The shoes I received were clearly used, there was literally dirt and fur stuck on the bottoms of the shoes and the shoes was practically turning yellow. Let’s be real here shoes from Dick’sSporting Goods are not the cheapest. I am so glad I had opened the box of shoes before gifting it to my fiancé. How embarrassing would have that been to gift someone shoes that are completely dirty. It was my first time ordering from Dick’s and I will for sure no longer order from there. Clearly looking at all the reviews it shows many people had the same issue. This store clearly CANT be trusted. They should look at the shoes before sending it our way.

I ordered my son the air max 97 Received them on time Only to open on Christmas Day to a pair of used shoes with dirty bottoms black sock fuzz and some stains

My father bought an exercise machine from these guys and arranged for delivery. He warned the guys when they delivered there were stains. The delivery person arrived and it was 1 guy to bring the giant machine up 2 flights of stairs. He said he needed another person and they would call back and left the huge thing in the garage. Well it has been about a month, 7 different phone calls, several canceled appointments and the thing is still in the garage. I know that the delivery company is not a DICK'S company HOWEVER they still chose to employee these incompetent boobs and have not really been helpful in getting this issue fixed. Do not buy from them unless it is something you can carry home yourself. I hope they learn from this and get a better delivery service.

The worst online customer service experience ever. Perhaps Dick's is not equipped for online sales. (I've never had any issues in the stores.) Ordered 6 items: apparel, shoes, all stuffed together in one big bag. Poor packaging. Shoe box was bent and torn, not a huge deal but most other stores would have boxed everything. One shirt I ordered arrived damaged with some sort of black appendage, looked like a burned piece of coal or something stuck to the back of it. How did that pass QC? I ultimately decided to return the whole order after finding the exact or better merchandise at Academy for cheaper. I tried for weeks to get a return shipping label processed through their website. It always said " not available right now. Please check back later" after I went through the whole process of initiating the return and providing reasons for each item (waste of time). I tried on my phone, on my home computer, always the same outcome. I sent them a message regarding the problem. No response. After several weeks of this, I enlisted help via their chat platform. After going through the whole process with them once again, I was told I would receive the return shipping label via email. Guess what? Yep no such email ever came. I waited a whole week, checked my spam folder and nothing. So today I called customer service and went through the whole process once again. This time I finally received the email and the label. Thankfully, this order will be back on its way to Dick's tomorrow and I can put this horrible experience behind me. It shouldn't be this difficult. My first and last online order from Dick's.

I’ve tried to stand by Dick’s until today. After spending a few hundred dollars last night I found a 30 dollar mask didn’t fit and was too big. I tried to return it and was told they won’t return face masks. I didn’t get mad or angry just said ok that sucks. Then said I guess I can use it for a jock strap jokingly. Keep in mind my daughter and her friend were with me. As I was walking out the manager walks over and talks to the kid that I just talked to and fist bumped him like I was some unruly piece of crap while giving me a crappy look. I spent my last dollar at at this going out of business for a reason company. Never will they get my business or another cent from me again.

Every year (and every sale time) I try to purchase from the DSG (Dick’s Sporting Goods) website and literally every time the site crashes! They’ve lost hundreds in sales from me because I fill my online cart and it stalls and I’m unable to complete my purchase almost every time (very often). It is frustrating and disappointing. I don’t have the time to continue trying to reopen a new browser and try again because it takes too long for it to finally work. Going to Academy Sports and Sports Authority sites now.

Uncourteous attention. It's the worst attention I've seen in my life. I was very surprised to see the seller lady at Flamingo and Pines Blvd store to throw my wife's body a garment she was going to buy. I complained later when paying but it seems the lady was a supervisor and nobody attended the claim. Seemed she was racist to me.
