I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star, but was forced to in order to write my review. I DO NOT recommend ordering shoes @ $100-$200, if you aren’t wanting to have some mess looking junk arrive. I ordered a $150. Pair of shoes for my grandson for his birthday. When they arrived, you could tell someone had cleaned them and returned to store. Which then Dick’s returned them to the warehouse to ship to a customer at the same price. Mind you, I had ordered the last pair. I was not about to give this to my grandson for a birthday present, you see he has already had a hard year 2020 to begin with and was trying to make his birthday party so special, that for just the one day his mind would be at ease. So I had to order a whole different pair, this pair $180 customer service said I was getting express shipped, after the call my email said it wasn’t. That it would be delivered day after his party. Had to call back, have transactions canceled and reorder the $180 pair of shoes. They arrived today, but look nothing like as if you were to go into the store and purchase. So disappointed, but at this point I’m out of patients and money. First pair of $150 won’t be credited back for at least 5-7 business days. Second pair of $180 3-5 business days and final pair of $180. So if you can’t see it in the store, I wouldn’t order from them. Your just a dollar sign with no customer service doing the packing

Advised by the delivery man/installer that the exercise bike being delivered by Dick’s was defective. He wouldn’t take it back. And dealing with Dick’s has provided little satisfaction. Had to contact my credit card company to sort it out.

I returned an item on 12/21/20 and still have not received my credit. I was told my credit card would be credited in 7 days. Now I’m told it could take 30 days. I would have never purchased anything if I new this was their policy.

I ordered a treadmill from them on 12-22-2020. I was not called or notified of when my treadmill would arrive, so I called Dick's and was given a day, they didn't show up. The arrival time has been changed 3 times. I just called Dick's and asked when my treadmill would arrive and was switched to a shipping company and spoke to a very rude man who couldn't care less about me getting my treadmill, he gave me another shipment day and time. I called Dick's back and was treated very rudely as if I were lying to the customer service agent who refused to do anything about why my shipment that keeps changing and would not expedite my treadmill to me. I will NEVER buy anything from Dick's again!!!!!!!!!!

This store should stop using the term "sporting goods." They no longer carry hunting or fishing equipment and their 'fitness' section is worse than what can be found at Walmart. I went in looking for fish hooks. They no longer carry them. A curl bar for weightlifting? Nope. How about a decent jump rope? Nope again. Lots of overpriced clothes and golf equipment though.

As with other reviews, Dick's must have among the worst shipping and customer service among online shops. A great deal of blame should also be placed with FedEx who literally shipped my items across the country and then back (claiming it was undeliverable). When I spoke with Dick's customer service, they said it was going to arrive the next day, which anyone would have known was impossible. All my other online orders arrived except Dick's. Go somewhere else to shop!

I was at Dick’s sporting good when I was testing out how I liked the balls and well the employees were very rude and disrespectful towards me because of what I looked like. My friend had accidentally knocked something over and the employees went crazy and kicked us out with no reasoning

I ordered ping pong table on Dec 02nd and they delivered a wrong one. Its been more than 20+ days inspite of multiple follow-ups the team is not interested in resolving the issue. Their manager promised in resolving it in a week. Now she is not responding to my emails or calls. Full of false promise, never trust or do any business with them.
