I'm tired of finding items online that aren't available for shipment or in my closest store...or within 100 miles of my closest store. I also attempted to get the same items at 3 other stores in different cities far away from my hometown while on vacation....but with no success. This has happened about 6 times!!! If the item is only available at a few stores or unavailable for shipment, why list it?? Very frustrating!!!

I cancelled order hours after ordering talked to customer service for 2 days and they still sent package out when could easily been canceled now I'll have to either keep or send back and hopefully get a refund don't understand why they just didn't let me cancel wasn't even processed at time won't order from again

We have been waiting for baseball coupons/catalog in order to make some substantial purchases for baseball equipment this spring. We received a 20% off any single item and a $15 off any purchase over $75 and decided the time was right to order. We ordered a bat and a glove - both 'higher end'. Neither coupon would work. We called the store and did speak with a very nice CS rep (he gets the stars) who informed us that neither item qualified due to the 'high end' status of the items. He said the coupons were basically capped on merchandise under $200. I'm very disappointed because there was certainly nothing to indicate that in the catalog. I especially did not understand why the $15 off any purchase was not applicable. We spent over $700 and got nothing. This is very much a bait and switch situation. For that reason, I would encourage other shoppers to go elsewhere.

Went to buy golf clubs date 19th October around 4.30pm. The sales person was attending another customer told me it will take 30 minutes. Waited and decided to buy the club with out testing. Went to another sales person asked if he could help. He came to asked the golf salesman went and checked for the clubs said they have only stiff clubs didn’t even looked at me. Wasted my time going there. Hat happy with the golf salesman.

D!cks Sporting goods says it all in the name itself there "d!cks" so went to go fill my co2 tank they tell me they hadnt have it for months so they call another store they have it hopi car and go 35 min drive later 15 min after to find someone was told that they cant fill it... so was all upset they call four more other stores and its the same story went to about 5- 6 stores wasted nearly a full tank of gas they couldnt do anything about it... if you buy a new tank yea you guessed it they cant fill that either... im just mad for the fact that they said yea we can fill it and even online they say we can fill co2 tanks on top of everything else ther are well over priced.. "Sports authority" was MUCH MUCH better then ("D!CKS" sporting goods) what kind of corporate store are they running... not a good one im just going to go Amazon 70% to 85% cheaper

Got double billed. But... I had purchased 2 kayaks online for store pickup. I could not get there before my 4 days grace period so they said they would drop the charge and bill me like a checkout customer when I got there. Trouble is they billed me both. I called them. They saw the charge but said they could do "nothing about it." Except bill me I guess. They are good at that! I have filed a grievance through the credit card company. The sales staff when I picked up my kayaks were very nice.

They don’t assist you in the store unless they think you are stealing. I wear flip flops and put my hair in a ponytail. My mom does the same. I was at the Midlothian, Virginia location on Hull street in Chesterfield County on Tuesday 2/5/19 at 4pm. Treated us like we were poor. I had my two teenage sons with me. Only after we were in shoes for a while they sent a manager type employee to come help us. Finally. Just young people working there pulling a paycheck. Not very socially aware that individuals with money don’t always dress up. Very disappointing.

Customer service was not helpful at all. They just wnat you to go into stores. Have some better online support.
