Honestly, god awful experience. Went to buy a new golf club. Went to try it out. Didn’t have any demo so they were just going to tape the face of the club they had on the rack. No biggie, most places do that. However, they couldn’t even take the tape off the grip for me, so I couldn’t hold the club properly. Next, I tried out an older version just so I could feel what it was like and the golf balls they had to use were Daphnes Headcover brand golf balls. Like they’re a million dollar business and they can’t let people use quality golf balls??? To top it all off, despite having proven I knew what I was doing, I was told that to hit any more golf balls, I would have to pay a rental fee… JUST FOR TRYING OUT A CLUB. I suspect because I am a 17 year old and not an adult. They missed out on a 250 dollar purchase from me and who knows just how much more they miss out on with their terrible policies. Green Bay, WI location. Something needs to be done.

Dick’s sent me a used soccer ball for $165. It was a birthday gift for later, and I’m really glad that I opened the box immediately. The exchange process is a joke.

I order items online and was charged Two times two different prices for same order and I am having a hard time getting my money back not only are they over priced they are thieves

I ordered a home gym. I also paid to have the item brought to me and set-up. After waiting 3 weeks and not hearing anything from the company that was suppose to deliver it, I had to go in and pick up the item and set it up myself. They did refund my money for the set-up. But what lousy service. I would never buy from them again.

Very dissatisfied!!! I had a dumbbell get delivered and left in the rain, when I called to get it replaced they couldn’t price match do too the dumbbells being out of stock! Sandra was not helpful at all, which is weird cause the other 3-4 people I talked to where in fact very nice and helpful. Do yourself a favor and look at the reviews, they just lost other customer, which is probably why there isn’t Dick’s Sporting Goods around me anymore!

I purchased a GT Aggressor Pro online for assembly and pickup at the Tacoma store. Instructions said I would need to show my ID and online receipt upon arrival for proof of purchase. However when I went to pick it up, I wasn't asked for anything. Not even my full name. Anyone with the knowledge of my last name and bike pickup could have walked out with my purchase. I was dropped off at the store because I was planning on riding the bike home. That did not work out. The moment I got in the parking lot and started to ride the bike, right away I noticed something was not right with it. The wheels were rubbing really bad and the front tire almost completely fell off!! I went back into store and had the guy fix it. Again I tried to ride home but it was very hard to get the bike to go its full momentum. I had to go back into the store again for fixings. By the end of my 4 TRIPS into the store, I had to get both tires realigned, properly tightened front tire, both tires spokes trued, and rear derailleur adjusted. Later I found out it was the same guy that assembled it. In my opinion, when you pay $600 for a bike it should be in perfect condition. When I asked about returning the bike or exchanging it for a different one I was told no because it was already assembled I could not return it. If a bike is not properly assembled or a came with a bent rim you should not have to be stuck with it and not get a return or exchange because they already had it assembled. I've had nothing but problems with that bike since day one. I sent a few email message letters to corporate explaining the situation. I got a confirmation email from them saying they had my email and they will review it and get back to me within 5 to 7 business days I waited a month I message again waited another month message again they never once contacted me ever. That was my 1st and last experience with Dick's sporting goods I will never shop there again. Terrible product and terrible customer service at both the store and corporate

I have ordered a pair of new balance soccer cleats (Furon v6 Pro) - size 8, online from Dick's Sports Website. I received size 8.5 (the delivery was delayed by 1 day). These cleats were on sale when I placed the order. At the same time similar cleats were also on similar sale (in terms of $ value) at other stores (e.g., Hibbett, Academy Sports, etc.). After spending over an hour and half and 3 agents, I did not get satisfactory resolution. The right size was out of stock, so they could not re-send me the right size. I requested them to do something, so that when the right size is in stock again they can exchange the wrong size. But the agents said, they do not have a clear idea when the restocking would take place (as per the agent, could take longer than 90 days) - and I won't be able to do the exchange since their policy is 90 days. I also asked them if they could offer me similar cleats (Furon v6+ Pro, which on their website has the exact same price tag as Furon v6 Pro but, not currently on sale) - I was declined. I asked the 3rd agent to connect me to her manager and she said I cannot speak with someone beyond her, as per Dick's Sports' policy since she was a supervisor. I was given an email and a phone number so that I can make a complaint. I am going to make a complaint and see if this gets resolved (though I have very low expectation). So, I lost an opportunity to get a good pair of cleats at a good price from them or their competitor because they messed up the size. I lost over an hour and half of my time because they messed up with the size.

How is this company still in business my last 5-6 orders were canceled due no inventory will this company please just go out of business
