Dick sporting goods debt a promotional email and I filled it out to pay for shipping that I never received.

Made a mistake on my order. Done a new one and asked the store to cancel the first one. I got an answer from a guy named Dobby. An idiot that acted like he never read my email and send me another email 3 days after to tell me he shipped the order even if I asked right away to cancel it

That is so disgusting. I tired to place my order 5 times yesterday and every single time it was canceled without any explanation what went wrong. Tried every single bank card and all possible delivery methods and still canceled not knowing why. Wanted to try again today and guess what? Items I wanted to purchased yesterday back up in price massively. So why you listing sale items on your stupid website and then won't allowe people to purchase them. Horrible experience!!!!!!

My local Dick’s doesn’t carry any Florida Panther gear….NOTHING!!! Are you serious?! We are in the playoffs!!! We took out the number one seed!! This place is pathetic!! Unbelievable that they would not carry anything. Dick’s Sucks!

I bought a floor model exercise bike paid 600.00 with a warranty. They delivered it with cut cords close to the handle bars and so wobbly it feels like it’s going to fall apart. I called to complain and got sorry we don’t have that model anymore you can come in and pay another 300.00 and get a new one. What about my warranty they are awefull 600.00 is a lot for me and can’t use it…

This store needs to hire all new employees, including Bradley, one of the managers. Customer service is gone!! If you're going to shop at D Sporting Goods shop online!!

They sold used nike shoes as NEW. Order 2 pairs and both worn and abused. NOT OKAY

Whatever you do, do not purchase anything from this store. I am out of $2000. The product started malfunctioning after 2 weeks of owning it. The customer service will not help you! They will transfer you over and over again until you are completely frustrated and give up. They will make excuses as to why they can not help you. I am basically out of $2000. Please go to Amazon or somewhere else. I wish I had seen these bad reviews prior to making a purchase from this store. If you don’t want to get ripped off! Go somewhere else!
