Horrible service, I went into the meadow Mall location and it was horrible. Went to get some Adidas shoes and when I was looking, an employee started yelling at me to leave the store. Employees are the worst and the customer service is practically non-existent.

We arrived at store 25 minutes before closing to buy baseball cleats for my 14 year old son. We selected a couple pair to try within 3 minutes, and then waited/looked around for an employee to get the sizes for another 5. I eventually had to walk across the store to find an employee to ask for help. That employee looked at his phone, saw it was 6:44 (16 minutes before close) and said.. “you are cutting it pretty close”. He proceeded to help but was visually unhappy to do so. On top of this I had to listen to the overhead announcement bark that the store was closing multiple times. As we left, it was clear the entire staff was focused on nothing but the end of their shift and leaving. They were vacuuming, sweeping and folding clothes but not helping any customers. We saw two other customers looking for help as we walked out. This has now happened twice at different Dick’s locations over the last year so I am down! We will shop at Scheels or Academy or any other sporting good store depending where we are. Dick’s, this of course starts at the top with a focus and culture on customer service. You are either missing that or your execution is really poor. Either way, you have lost my family as a customer. Never mind the coworkers, friends, and kids I coach that may eventually hear this story over time. You can’t afford this. You are a reseller of a bunch of MAP based brands that can be found in endless other online and in store retailers at the same prices. Your differentiation is a razor thin line of in-store experiences - and you have blown that multiple times with me.

I took my daughter to Dick's sporting good on rt 22 union to get my daughter a hudroflask accessories and track sneakers. When I ask the associate if he.had any hudroflax he said they only have yeti. My daughter walked two iles over and there was a whole shelf with hudeoflax and the assessors that she needed. It would be good customer service if the associate said he would check, ask someone or look it up on his hand held computer. When we went to the second associate he approached me and said, "what's up" ? Not how may I help you. I thought that was disrespective and rude. He told us to go to the kiosks and look up the shoes, while the.next customer he help by looking up the item on his hand held computer. Overall this was a bad experience and the wait was very long The associates need better training on how to greet their customers and know their products. I was really upset that an associate said "whats up" to.me when I could be his grandmother.

Ordered online twice. I suppose you "get what you pay for" should be the mantra. First Ultraboosts came in a very busted up box, shipping took 3 days longer than they estimated. 2nd pair came in a box with no lid, no protective paper, and it was the Mens version of the shoes, not womens. Complete bait and switch. Do not bother ordering online unless you want to have your time wasted. They best they could offer is Return to store, turn it into a giftcard and rebuy, or 10% off for inconvenience. Leaning towards 10% off and never shopping there again. What a waste.

I,went into the Dick's store today at the Brandywine location Wilmington De. Justin in Bike department was very rude as if he was having a bad day. I, notice a negative demeanor in way he was talking to me. My, Bike was already has been paid Justin declined turning my bike over to me I called 911 for state police to assist me in this matter. Officer Badge number Trooper 119 came to the store to further investigate.

I bought some adidas predator boots, they broke after 3 months and a few days. Really terrible quality and they didn't want to replace them or do anything to solve my issue. Do not buy here under any circumstance

Dover mall front end manager is a waste of space and breathable air. He does not like women I think his name is mike. I reported him and "Cooperate" did nothing because apparently no one else wants the job.

Payed for an item they took the money out of account and never received the item It been over a month now since ordering the item and after a reply to wait a little longer I am still in NO possession of this item
