This place emails spam to me relentlessly, when I tried to stop it, it took me to a malicious website. Beware!

I placed an online order 8/6/23 I received what I thought was my order on 8/9/23. As I opened my package I discovered that they not only sent me the wrong pair of shoes they also sent me a pair that had been used/worn. I called customer service to see if I could get my correct order and she tells me that they are out of stock so they can’t send me what I ordered. They wouldn’t even honor the price on another pair just a different color.(because of the $ difference) I find this to be terrible service. You as a company should try and do better. No one wants to spend their hard earned money and wait for something to come in and then it’s the wrong thing and dirty. If I could load pictures I would.

I've received an email from someone who's pretending/from this company saying I've won a summer cooler trailer, I've never even heard of them until now I haven't clicked on anything to go to the "prize" I've supposedly won so thinking its a scam just wanted to warn people about these emails incase anyone else receives one as the "prize" looks really good.

Terrible customer service

Online shopping is an absolute mess... im surprised there isnt a class action lawsuit from all of the cancelled orders and them holding money until you backcharge...

House of Sport Chesapeake, VA No ammo, guns, bows, hockey equipment, etc. High pricing on clothing. Go woke-go broke.

Made a purchase with a $20 off coupon if I allowed texts from Dick's. The coupon was rejected, but the order went thru. Customer service said the coupon fine print said it was not asllowed on the item and there was nothing I could do about it -- and that they couldn't help me get unsubscribed from receiving texts. V poor customer service policy.

There should be a ZERO star rating! Purchased online 2 July 23, tracking says delivered 12 July 23? But not to me! Emailed half a dozen times, and NO reply. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from Dickie Sporting Goods, don't know how they get away with taking money, and not delivering products? They should be SHUT DOWN!!!!
