Ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas with garrenteed delivery its been delayed twice since the 12th and now customer service said there's nothing they can do or will do. Will never spend money there again

Recieved used sneakers!! Arrived scuffed! Returned to store within 2 hours of receiving package. So disappointed.

I went into the store here where I live and ordered a specific item for my daughter for Christmas. The man ordered it and I was under the impression it would be in 2 days after like he said. A few days go by and no order. I called customer service and she tells me that what I ordered was cancelled and my money was charged back to my card with no notice! They didn't even have the wherewithall to let me know. I can bet my child's Stanley bottle was given to someone else. Horrible service. I'll never ever order from them again. They suck!

Terrible service!!! Store was empty but yet you couldn’t find anyone to help and when you did, they were no help at all! It’s like they were put out to grab us a pair of $300 skates!! They locked the lower door to the parking lot at 8:15 and said we’d have to walk all the way around outside. Not a good experience! Staff wasn’t helpful. Now I see why the store was empty!

I had issues with placing online orders multiple times with Dick's sporting. It started in June, when money has been taken out from my credit card but later get cancellation notice. Finally I called over phone as chat service folks unable to help. By phone I placed order. In August same issue repeated and in December also. Customer care is extremely poor. You have to spent hours calling them. They are totally careless about customers.

My first and last visit to Dick’s! I went in to Dick’s for my first time to look for a hunting jacket. After walking over the entire store looking fo hunting clothing, I finally stopped an employee (no employee ever asked if they could help me and I passed several) and asked where hunting clothing was. I was told they hadn’t carried hunting clothing in a couple of years. I then asked where I could find ammunition……same answer. After further discussion I discovered Dick’s is not a sporting goods store, it is a “woke” company, in my opinion, trying to pass as a sporting goods store. They’re advertising got me to come in for a first visit…..their policies made it my last visit too!!

Dick's Sporting Goods are listing shoes online for low prices and when you go to buy them they will show that they are available but then all of a sudden it says no options available. I talked to customer service they first claimed they were all sold out I said no you aren't. It clearly shows they are available till you click the size... Not just one specific size any of the sizes. Then they said well it is available but not within 100 miles of me... I said well tell me where the shoes are available and they couldn't tell me so I started typing in random zip codes in other states, same thing no option available... I recorded the whole conversation in text and she admitted the advertisement was misleading but she was still not going to honor it. She kept trying to bait and switch me to a different shoe that costed more... So now I am having to pay a higher price for the shoe.

I have been receiving sneakers without boxes, tore, or missing top on the boxes causing a horrible experience. That gives the company a bad look as professional, customer care and value is not represented nor provided. Stop because it is rude. How can someone receive a gift with how the sneakers boxes are looking and some sneakers look dirty plus used.
