Do not buy from this scammer company, They sold me a pair of shoes that fell apart within 2 months with EXTREMELY minimal wear. These are quality shoes and should not have this problem at all let alone only 50 days after use. Customer service was cool with scamming, didn't care about helping and completely useless. Quick to take my money, even faster to not help.

Don’t buy from this company . They screwed my order up online with shipping address and now have merchandise going to an address unknown To me the buyer. Customer Service was useless and just gave the run around. No one seems to know how to resolve the address issue with this order

Today I’m so mad at the store because we arrived at 4:00 pm looking for track spikes we were waiting for 45 minutes for the employee on the shoe area he said he would bring the pair that we wanted and he never came back we ask him a couple of times “did y’all find the pair” and he said “I’m gonna look for it latter ” and after another 20 minutes he said he couldn’t find the pair even though it was the sizes that I had in my hand. All this happened at the store in the I10 high way in Katy and the date is 02/04/24

The woke commercials are stupid. I can order my coat from many other retailers.

They fraud my credit card. Taking small amounts every minute before my bank noticed and blocked my credit card. Now I am on vacation without any access to my money.

Someone from corporate needs to anonymously come in and review this store. Moreover, ring the access bell for someone to open the changing room. I could have ordered a pizza and had it delivered and half eaten by the time the door was unlocked. Never saw so many listless, apathetic employees. And if you ask anything about the merchandise, you get the blank stare. For the prices they charge, I’d expect a little more enthusiasm. If you don’t like your job, find another one.

Dicksportinggoods is the worst! It now January 5, 2024. I still have not received my refund from November! I returned an item through mail which Dicksporting Goods confirmed they received the item back November 17th. They then turned around & said the item was returned in store which is impossible, especially after they confirmed they received the item back through mail November 17th. I’ve never experienced a company stealing customers money. I suppose this is how they stay rich! Now I’m out of $140.00 & no item. I will NEVER shop with them again.

I got a pair of Nike shoes on 2022, and on and 3 months ago one of the shoe start unglued, Nike is supposed to cover a warranty on sole for two years, but from the manufacture day, and the manufacture day on my shoes is 2021 means the shoes already have one year on the store, so be careful when buying Nike shoes check the tag otherwise if you have any problem Nike will not cover the warranty regardless the day pf the purchase.
