They closed the hunting department. Unbelievable. Hunting and shooting are legitimate sports.

SCAM - I had to give 1 because that was the minimum. I placed an order that never arrived. I was given a link to track the order and there was is meaningful email response, just a generic one with some links. I followed with them thinking it as genuine shop. They wouldnt refund or redeliver the goods either DONT BUY THROUGH THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I placed an order online with DICK'S for a pair of lacrosse cleats for my son, and paid for same day delivery. I received confirmation email with delivery time of 4-7 pm. After this time had passed I reached out through the chat customer service option. I gave them the order information, and they said it would still be delivered same day. Waited until 10 pm, reached out again, and had the same reply. No package was delivered. Contacted DICK'S the next day and was told there was a technical error and my order was canceled. Customer service representative said he would give a discount and reorder the shoes for same day delivery. Gave the representative my address/payment info, and then was told that they did not have the item to ship same day delivery. Representative said these things happen. Talked with a supervisor who said he would give me 150 DICK'S points (a 5 dollar value) and reorder the shoes with standard shipping. DICK'S online shop has major issues, DICK'S customer service is basically useless, and I'm extremely disappointed. I'm a youth league coach who has used DICK'S for years, but after this experience I will no longer recommend them to the families of my players.

You provide coupons with a ridiculous exclusion list of basically everything you sell! Don’t offer coupons if we aren’t going to be able to use them! FYI you sell name brand items, why exclude them all on the little coupons you offer??? Do better DICK’S!

Horrible experience. I returned a jacket that I was overcharged with and the cashier blamed me for not realizing that the coat is in the wrong place. Then she continued to blame multiple other people and eventually ended up giving my money back. The store is overpriced as it is so from this point forward I will do my shopping elsewhere.

Always have the worst experience with them. Never get the size I ordered. It's like they will send me any size just to take the order. Ordered 2pair of shoes/ different sizes and they sent the same size.

It's a shame that they are no longer into the outdoors. There camping and fishing departments have decreased, not to mention that they don't believe in hunting anymore considering that is what the company was founded after. I now shop on line or go to the sportsmans warehouse. I will also buy any of my other clothing and footwear somewhere else. I won't even shop there for my grandkids sporting equipment.
