Under no circumstances should you agree to open a Dick's Sporting Goods Charge Card. I did so on May 3, 2024 and was told that "when I opened the account I would receive $60.00 credit on my charge card. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT DICK'S AGAIN! I previously spent over $1100.00 in January on a Treadmill

Just another bad shopping experience at Dick's. Pickleball raquets had a 25% off sign. When I got to register, clerk said they were full price. She called for another clerk to check and they said there was no sale sign. Wjat a liar!! I went back and took the sign off the shelf and gave it to cashier on my way out, WITHOUT the pickleball paddle and shoes that I had intended to purchase. GOODBYE DICK'S..

Received the wrong item ; no option for it to be corrected ; still waiting for the refund confirmation email

Purchased a Golf Putter from DICK’S. Used it for 9 holes and reverted back to my old putter. Tried to return it within 5 days of purchase to no avail. They don’t tell you that if you use the item, can’t be returned. Why would you purchase any equipment from them? Roger Dunn allows you to try it for 90 days. DICK’S Sporting Goods selection is poor. Their pricing is not great and there is no return policy. I purchased the putter while I was waiting for my wife with the assumption that if I didn’t like it I could return it. My mistake which I will never make again.

How did Dick’s get their name…You ask me? Lol. Well they are D_ _ _ _!!!!. NO VALUE at a time when inflation is rampant. $70 pair Under Armor Gym Shorts!. LOL AGAIN.. You see there’s never anything on sale EVER! AGAIN NO VALUE! Dick’s Sporting Goods is way too expensive and even if it was on sale (which it never is) I couldn’t afford to buy it because they are so over priced!! Wow ridiculous….

I went into Dick’s Sporting Goods in March 2024 and was not greeted when I entered the store, however, a white family walked in right after me and were greeted with a smile and “ Hello, welcome to Dick’s) I purposely started watching the employee greeting the customers. Whenever a minority entered the store he would put his hands in his pockets and say nothing, but when a white person/ family came in the hands would fly out of his pockets and the greetings would start. I didn’t take my phone in the store as not to be distracted while shopping. After witnessing the behavior, I left the store because I do not spend my money at racist establishments. Since then, I’ve seen numerous online allegations of racism regarding Dick’s Sporting Goods. I tried called district manager several times, to no avail.

We bought a pair of Nike sneakers for cost of 185.00 dollars for our grandson after 2 weeks I saw him and the sole of the shoe was coming undone we took the shoe to Dick’s Sporting goods and was told that we had to deal directly with Nike because the shoe was defective. The store manager actually seemed to think the whole situation was funny her and associates had a nice laugh as we walked away.So we had to send the sneakers to Nice by way of UPS cost another $32.00 to ship so my advice is to check warranty information on what Dick’s Sporting goods sells and how it’s handled as far as me and my family we shop somewhere else
