I bought a treadmill there a hoaison within one year. It started shutting off on me while I was on it for no reason to make a long story short. It took 4 months to try to get it fixed with no result. The warranty company refunded my money. But to start all over and buy another one. I am out at least $350 Or more,Nobody wants to stand behind their product I have a treadmill that is useless to me when it's a danger to be on it. It doesn't seem to matter to them or the warranty company , that I am screwed over this lemon of a treadmill. I bought a brand new treadmill within a year I couldn't get on it due to malfunction. I am so disappointed with this whole ordeal they should stand behind their products! Very disappointed

Very upset again with the customer service at the Di cks at Midrivers mall- young guy walking right around us , with an employee shirt but ignoring us totally- we needed help with the 180. Baseball gloves he wasn’t interested and I ask him if he get help for us and he called for help on his radio and the said all our gloves are right here - seriously !!! We went across to Academy - I’m sure Academy was happy to take my money 💰 and your reward program is the worst!!

Purchase new Nike Volleyball shoes from the website However, when the shoes arrived I examined them and noticed the sole showed evidence of usage and dirt. Contacted Customer Service. They asked for a picture to be sent to them. After 30 minutes I was given the option of returning it via FedEx even though I asked for UPS as FedEx is not convenient. I needed the shoes for a tournament the next day so returning them left us without the equipment needed to compete in the tournament. We were left without accommodation. Be careful with purchases. Make sure to examine them closely for evidence of usage and don't have expectations they will accommodate your request.

Took 40 minutes for my son to get the shoes we wanted because of the store manager. Horrible customer service and communication on his behalf. He wanted to be the one to tell the other staff 1st what was needed, but never communicated they didn’t have so we tried 3 more times with same issue. He knew we were both mad… 8 staff in shoes dept and manager was the cause of the confusion sure there were plenty of ticked off customers as they stood around not doing anything because of this 1 guy…

went for a new driver and paid for a fitting the people where fine but they did not have the golf simulator working but had rigged up some antique looking golf ball launch monitor it look to be 20 + years old and i am hitting balls into a big blanket no screen and from what i could tell it was off on club head speed and ball distance when you go to a place like this you expect to be using modern equipment to do your fitting so you get the right club and shaft and not feel like you are getting the shaft i never will go back to ever buy a club as i have been at other simulators and on the golf course and hit my drives longer than that thing said and i am not a long ball hitter i am about 230 average drive some longer some shorter . get the good simulator up and working

Per say I have nothing to actually get Dick's sporting goods they've done me very well every time I go there and help me with all my needs now the location that I'm talking about is in Missouri but they like to throw away returned items and cut them and slice them to where either they could easily been donated or they could have been sold at even more discounted rate and I believe the store could have made money but instead of that they cut and destroy these products and the only reason why I know this is because I pull them out the dumpster on a regular basis every day brand new shoes shorts pants that I sew and put back together then re donate back into the St Louis community try talking to a general manager about this and he said that I was out of my league and they hope that I enjoyed digging through their trash

I love DSG but I am quite disappointed that they do not ship to Canada. I live in a border town and used to cross the border to shop there regularly. I sometimes shopped online and got it delivered to a US parcel receiving company and I would walk across the border to pick my parcel. Since COVID and the resulting border closures, I have not been able to shop there as they do not ship to Canada. So sad!
