Bought a pair of shoes online, the midland manager was terrible to deal with and would not return or exchange the shoes. Will not shop here again, I’ve never had any issue with returns or exchanges at Academy. They definitely need a new manager. Not to mention the line with one cashier…

Hi I am still awiting for my training shoes to arrive since April. Recieved information and tracking information. The information was incorrect , the tracking number never exsisted when i contact royal mail. Get the occasional e mail that they are looking into it, nothing to date really poor.

When Dick's chose not to sell certain type of guns, they lost my business forever. That choice was an insult to every military person who has fought for our freedom

Bought a mongoose mountain bike here. No warranty at all. Had I known. I wouldn't have bought 1. Thing was a pos from day one. They couldn't fix it. I Contacted mongoose directly They wouldn't help. So I bought the parts and fixed it my self then sold it. Bottom line. Their product was subpar and so is their service.

This place is pathetic! This is the third time that I have purchased a pair of sneakers online and this company has sent me a pair of sneakers in a jagged edges scissor cut shoe box with no lid at all, and everytime that I have ordered something online from this company's website the shoes are always dirty appears to be used or either defective, these people continue to stoop that damn low to ship their customers something that's not of excellent quality and new, this place need to be shut down immediately and stop selling shoes online, in order for them to think that a customer is going to and should settle for less than what they paid for, I bought this place expensive shoes three time and this is what they've sent me each time shame on this low classed, low down and dirty company that doesn't appreciate or respect their customers. This place is just in it for the money and the hell with customers.

I purchased a pair of Footjoy golf shoes and wore them one day. The shoes gave me blisters on the front and back of my legs, Dick's response was I had to contact Footjoy directly as they couldn't take shoes back they couldn't re-sell. I will never do business with Dick's again.

Fraud! I’ve been a returning customer and have spent thousands over the years! I recently purchased a pair of shoes online for my son and the next day, my card was compromised where another pair of shoes was ordered in my name for a ridiculous amount. When my bank notified me of the suspicious charge, I called Dick’s Sporting Goods Fraud Department, filed with the police and my bank. Long story short Dick’sSporting Goods sent paperwork to my bank saying they have reason to believe I made this purchase and it was my responsibility. The bank later on disagreed and made it right but Dick’sSporting Goods…. Will not get another penny from me.
