DICK'S Sporting GoodsReviews of dickssportinggoods.com

I purchased a Nike Elite backpack twice, and both times it came without the zippers! It seems there's a trend of theft involving these zippers. I paid the full price, and the store cannot guarantee that I will receive what I paid for? DO NOT BUY NIKE ELITE BACKPACK HERE!

In Ft Myers, FL No returns accepted without a receipt!??? No store credit. ???!!! Then they won’t give you a gift card for any store credit. Items are brand new still with tags on it. I can see why the store is empty of any shoppers. . Overpriced and rude to customers. Never shopping there again.

I had 3 orders and 2 were cancelled, talk to the woman on-line and she can’t tell me why, I have to call this #.. No Thanks!! I’ll start ordering elsewhere.. Business must really be good!!🤣

I had a terrible experience at the Dick’s Sporting Goods located in Euless. I went in to return a pair of shoes that were never used and still in perfect, clean condition, but the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The manager refused to process the return despite the shoes being in pristine condition. The attitude of the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, I called their customer service, hoping for a resolution (I even showed them a picture!), but they were no help at all. Very disappointing experience—definitely not coming back.

I got an email notice from Dick's Sporting Goods confirming a purchase that I never made to an address where I don't know anyone in another city far away from where I live. This was clearly fraud. Within minutes, I called Dick's Sporting Goods customer service and told them what was happening and called my credit card. They said they would note it as fraud. Two days later, I get a notice that the order has shipped. Why would they ship this order when they know it is fraud. How difficult is it for the customer service department to communicate with the shipping department? I suspect they wanted to book this in their quarterly numbers and, since it is unlikely to be returned, do not care that this isn't a legitimate sale. They told me to call my credit card company, which I had already done. Sadly, since I am going to dispute this charge with the credit card company, they shipped a pair of Nike's that they knew were acquired through fraud and had two whole days to stop that. This tells me either a) they do not care or b) their internal processes are absolutely a shambles or c) all of the above.

I ordered an item for pickup. At confirmation, they suggested a related item. I purchased that too, only to find out they changed it to shipping instead of pickup. When I called a couple hours later when I saw shipping charges, they said too bad. Worse, my total qualified for free shipping to begin with.

I have very bad experience with Dick's Sporting Goods. Ordered new shoes. Shoes arrived used, not new, without original box, and with security tag attached. They did not offer shoes replacement. I've sent shoes back. Ordered shoes on 8/16. Today is 9/23, still have not received money back. Horrible service.

Item has gone missing and can not get into contact with them for a refund. No contact for over a month
