DICK'S Sporting GoodsReviews of dickssportinggoods.com

Dude, what is wrong with this crappy website? I’ve tried to buy a pair of shoes for 30 minutes and it keeps taking me to this Akamai page for verification…. Are you a robot page and in an endless loop no matter what I do. Then Tells me my shipping address isn’t valid and it’s perfect Start loop of torture over

Their online buying is a bunch of lies. Watch the price of what you are buying. They say things are on sale and they are not. If you think your price is on sale, when you check out the price is not. Watch the prices and know that this is false advertising as far as Im concerned.

They just can't ever get it right. I paid for expedited shipping like always and they did not ship all items accordingly. This is standard . Idk why but I'm done with the inconvenience and issues that accompany EVERY order!! Will be requesting a partial refund because I paid for a service I did not receive. I promised myself I would not order from them after the last nightmare and thought they might make it right but of course they sucked again and didn't get it right. No more of my money will be going to them. First time shame on you second time shame on me. Dicks is garbage.

Terrible customer service. Ran by a bunch of lazy kids. Say they don’t have stuff because they’re too lazy to go check then you go yourself there to look and there it is. Christmas return policy is a joke. They want to sale the product for top dollar but then only want to offer a partial refund or none at all. What are these stores coming to. No wonder stores are going out of business

In 25 years I visited Di Sporting Goods 5 times only,  the fifth time will be my last. I purchased a fishing reel and a policy to cover it. The fishing reel never worked properly; it stopped working after a few days. I took it back thinking they would fix it or replace it. They refused to do anything. The guy working at the fishing gears was fantastic, he tried to help and he wanted to replace it but he told me that they would not let him do it. So I spoke with the store manager and explained to her that the reel was purchased a few days before and I purchased an extra warranty for it. The store manager is the worst, she should never been put to deal with customers. She acts like a robot reading from a program rather than a human being.  She refused to replace it nor fix it, all she said was I opened it and there was nothing she could do to help me. Which store in the world do you buy something that is not working after a few days of usage, you take it back to the same store and you get told there is nothing they can do for you.  It will be the last time I will visit any of their stores

I ordered a pair of running shoes online for my daughter for Christmas. I never received an email with the order number or amount of purchase. When the shoes didn't fit, she attempted to return them on 12/26/24. The store associates could not find the order by my name, phone number or address! They told her they could refund only $30 on a $150 pair of shoes. She had to come to my workplace to get my credit card and return to the store and wait in line again for them to find the order by my card. Many phone calls asking for supervisor to the 800 number were never connected to supervisor. NEVER buying from them again!

BE CAREFUL WITH ONLINE PURCHASES Estan mintiendo con las fechas de entrega

Purchased gifts from DSGs for an out of town friend and the items were delivered to the incorrect address. FedEx made the delivery but somehow the correct address was changed to a different address that I have no knowledge of its existence. All I could get from DSGs was an apology for the "inconvenience" and I would be receiving a refund. It's more than an "INCONVENIENCE" when there's disappoinment and frustration involved! This isn't the first time that I've experienced lackluster service from DSG's but it will be the last: after I receive a 'verified" refund, I'm removing my name from their mailing list, informing my friends/associates of my experiences and using another company for my sports and accessories purchases. Totally unnecessary, just get it right!
