We brought in 2 golf clubs to the Coon Rapids store for repair. Sean walked us through options to repair or replace them. Despite being busy, Sean updated us, was incredibly courteous while he helped multiple customers, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Will definitely go back again and again with that kind of customer service.

We are 3 danes on a holiday in Denver Colorado. Visited the Dicks Store at Park Meadows shopping mall in Denver. Had a problem getting an uber going back to our hotel in Denver Downtown area. Asked the nice employe. “Henry” in the store for help - and he orderd and payed for the uber. He really saved our day!! So thanks to Henry from the 3 danes(mom Anne, son Jonathan and daugheter Kamille). Nice people really do excist♥️

The worker had some trouble getting the register open and she had to give me my change back, so I told her it was no big deal and that it was just ¢0.80. She was so sweet and caring. She went through a lot of trouble trying to get the cash register open and I loved her. Her name is Madison. 💕

I love dicks I bought there Quest camp pillow for my upcoming camping trip .Omg! is it the best not only is it not too soft or too firm but it was so comfortable I went back a bought another one. I do wish dicks had more camping supplies. They are so limited in that area they don't even sell tents or at least my location did not. I always have a good experiece with this compamy

Vidal in the shoe department at the Oxnard Dicks Sporting Goods absolutely deserves a promotion! My wife and I have both purchased shoes with his help over the past two weeks, and his service was outstanding. He has excellent product knowledge, asks the right questions to make tailored recommendations, and is incredibly patient. He completely outshines the rest of the department, running circles around the other staff with his efficiency and expertise. We will definitely seek Vidal out for our next purchase, and you should too!

Had a great shopping experience at the location in Brick, NJ. Shout out to Nicholas for his suggestions, knowledge and patience in helping me find sneakers for my new walking program. I was greeted by a friendly associate, cashier (Nancy), couldn’t have been nicer and I happily left with a new pair of Brooks!!

Came in looking for running shoes, had no idea what I needed. The guy in the footwear section put me on a treadmill for two minutes to watch how I run, then brought out four pairs based on my gait. Nobody does that anymore. Left with a pair of Brooks Ghost 16, exactly in my budget. He could've pushed me toward something pricier but didn't. Feet have felt great on every run since, zero issues after about 200 miles. Went back last month for a gym bag and some resistance bands different store, same experience. Staff actually know the products they're selling. Rare enough these days that it's worth mentioning.

Very easy-to-navigate ordering on their website and lightning fast shipping make for a great experience. I've ordered several times and find them very consistent! I returned one clothing item that was too big to the actual store, and the return process was quick and painless. The Calia line of women's clothing is a new favorite of mine because it offers excellent quality and great style. Their considerable online selection of Brooks running shoes makes shopping fun and easy to find something I like. I highly recommend!
