I'll start with a brief negative which knocked it from a 5☆, this is in papillion NE, the customer service person clearly did not want to be there, nor did she have any customer service skills at all. Now for the good stuff, Anna, the cashier, was exceptional, extremely patient, polite, engaging, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help us. What should have been a simple exchange was hindered by multiple factors but this young lady went out of her way to ensure we received what we needed.

Sporting Goods Store at North Canton has a nice selection of apparel and items. The cashiers at the store seemed overworked. Our cashier did not smile. I had the wrong code on my phone and instead of saying something as to I needed my account number, she just said your phone number? She said thank you but like a robot.

Dick's in Lincolnwood, Chicago thanks good customer service and many options to choose from for any sport.

I purchased a NorticTrack EXP7I with one month free IFIT. Never did get my free month membership! Customer service of DICK’S sporting goods were very polite but were not able to help. Was told to call IFIT. IFIT was VERY rude and no help at all!! So if the month membership is a deal breaker don’t buy a NordicTrack.

My Experience while shopping at Dick's Sporting goods was great today,I'd like to take this time to congratulate employee Rachelle she's always pleasant and a joy to talk to while checking out at her register, Rachelle is very Knowledgeable and helpful and her customer service is second to none. Great job Rachelle !!!!

Found exactly what I was looking for and most of the staff were helpful

Always been one of my fav. places to buy tennis gear, prices are OK but compared to tennis-warehouse it is a bit more expensive.

I ordered shorts as its getting hot during the shelter in place order. They arrived in three separate orders, and took about a week and a half to all get to me. The Nike shorts I ordered were thin and I returned those via FedEx with a free return label. The quality is Nike's issue, and not the store. We'll see about how my return is processed.
