Overall my impression of D*ck's Sports Goods is positive. I did have one instance where my online order was poorly handled. So that particular order was completely botched. The item was sneakers. One sneaker was a 9.5. The other sneaker was a 12 in the same box, pretty poor. But when I brought it to their attention they responded pretty well, so I continue to trust this business.

I COULD ONLY USE PENIS BECAUSE THE ACTUAL NAME IS CONSIDERED FOUL LANGUAGE LOL..... The customer service was bad at the East Hanover New Jersey store and Garden City LI/NY. My main issues are they never answer the phone. If its your lucky day and they do answer and transfer u. You will be transferred to the abyss of lost unanswered disconnected calls. Now in there defense when I finally got a corporate customer service rep that cared... she took care of it by contacting the store Mgr. Who returned my call pretty fast. That Mgr. Jim and Sean did a pretty good job to fix a manufacturer defect that the Garden City NY penis store let me drive from NJ to pick up (a defective bicycle). So I have amended my earlier review and u only get three stars because I was also ignored at the NJ store when I brought the bike to be fixed (I had a time out and cooled down LOL)... Just an honest customer.

I went to the sporting goods that is located at 7280 NW Butler. I’m going to give 3 stars because I want to be nice. The cashier was ok. But I did talk to 2 employees that did not have the expertise of good customer service. Their service was very mediocre. Needs a lot of improvements I did get what I needed but the customer service was way below average. It was poor

They are alittle more on the pricier side but still worth buying. Their products last a long time which indefinitely makes of for the price.
