I have had the worst experience, and it’s still continues. I have contacted customer service with three emails, still no response. I paid for my order on June 22, it is now July 20th... No items no refund. Despicable.

recently placed an order that was damaged due to transit. When i emailed in to see if there was any alternative the customer service rep was quick to reply and extremely helpful through out the whole ordeal. i really wish I could put more than 5 stars!! 10/10 would recomend

After two seamless experiences I’ve had one poor one. Ordered a hat for someone, mistyped the shipping address. Within minutes sent an email to correct it, which they noted they did. But time then took 3+ weeks to ship. Their customer support would take many days to reply to me and sometimes never reply. In fact after the long delay I asked to cancel the order (a week ago) and never got a reply, only to get a shipping alert this morning, a full 3+ weeks after the order was placed. So In short, this experience was poor though I did have two seamless experiences prior. My lesson: if you actually need help, you may be disappointed.

Most of prank products ship in just 1-2 business days, but some merchandise (hats, shirts, mugs, etc.) take 7-10 business days to print and ship. Placed order, got an order confirmation, and then nothing. Three and a half weeks later, I email asking for an eta. Nothing. I ask again the next day. I get an answer that my order will ship in the next day or two. Five days later I got my bank involved, and all the sudden my order was shipped. I received my order and called off the bank. It's a shame that their service is so poor. I would have shopped here again. Not after this experience.
