You'll never get your product
Terrible customer experience. No confirmation of shipment yet I was charged right away. I've sent three emails so far and NO the reply isn't in my spam. WHERE IS MY STUFF???? I will be reporting this to the credit card company as fraudulent. UPDATE: I'm not sure how you can confirm it has been shipped since I haven't provided you with an order number. Email me that shipment confirmation now- and its NOT in spam. . This seems to be the only place you reply....ironic

Love this gag gifts
Love this gag gifts. Sent this to 6 of my long time friends. They had no clue it was from me. After months of not knowing who it was from, I revealed myself and we all had a great laughed. The company was also great to respond when one of the chocolate phallic arrived completely melted (I knew this because of his wife, she was in on it). They quickly sent a replacement. Would definitely repeat.

Great customer service
I had some issues with getting info about my shipment, but they were able to solve all my problems and reshipped the item for me.

Great service and funny gag…
Great customer service and funny gag gift to send unsuspecting friends. I accidentally changed my billing address to the shipping address and didn't realize until I had placed my order. Customer service helped me right away and corrected my mistake.

Post office lost the package but DBM sent out a new one super quick. Can say I’m happy with customer service. Now I just have to wait for my dad to open his dick bomb
