Though customer service responded rather quickly after my first order was melted… the second shipment was the same issue. I reached out for a refund but no response yet. Shipping chocolate in 100 degree weather without ice packs is a disaster… complete bummer!

What a fantastic idea this was. Sent them to my best friend and she thought it was hilarious! Had an issue with one bag being melted when she received it so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly offering an item of equal value from their website or they would ship a replacement. Can’t say enough good things about their customer service!

At first I ordered a chocolate dıck, but it unfortunately melted before I could get it. However, after talking to Richard Dıcks himself, I was sent a replacement free of charge! Overall great, just mind the temperature outside

I sent my brother a birthday dick box with the added dick's and a cool koozi. Unfortunately the North Carolina heat made his order a little limp. Still was awesome and got the fun reaction I'd hoped for. As an FYI I sent a message letting the company know how much enjoyment their dick's brought but the heat didn't go well with it. Not expecting a reply they actually emailed me back and offered to resend or send something non perishable to replace it. Shocked and awed, not really knowing what I wanted because wow customer service, I left it up to them. I asked for an advertisement cup or another of their cool koozis to help advertise for them. Because allot of you people apparently just need a good Dick or a stiff drink, and they obliged me. According to the reply, their sending a really cool color change mug. Being the dick my brother is, I hope he pours a hot cup in front is his boss.... Who's a bigger dick than anyone would like to know. Maybe I'll send him a poop (because they won't let me write s#!t) box. Long story supposed to be short, great products, good Dick service, and an enjoyable encounter lol.
