I was sending a friend's husband the confetti popper and my friend gave me the wrong address where toh deliver it. I contacted the company right away when I realized it was incorrect and USPS said they were returning it to sender. They got back to me ASAP and fixed MY mistake for me! Best customer service ever!

A great gag gift for any occasion as well as excellent customer service. USPS had my package marked as delivered for four days and they were ready to send me a replacement before it randomly showed up and I caught them before it was sent out. Will recommend and buy from them again.

I had a great experience with ordering from this company. Firstly, I made a mistake when ordering.. and sent an email and got a really quick response & they made the necessary changes to my order effortlessly. That’s hard to find sometimes. Dick Richards took great care of me, if that’s his real name. Lol but all around great experience. Great customer service, product as advertised, and makes for some great laughs. If you’re thinking about it… just do it.

I ordered a chocolate dick for my friend as a gag gift for his birthday. When it arrived unfortunately it was melted. I contacted customer service and they were great. They offered to ship out another one or send a non perishable item of equal value. I have ordered items from here before and will continue to do so. They are great with status updates and their customer service is superb.

The customer service team really put in work to make me satisfied with my purchase, even though the address I provided caused USPS to throw my package in the bin. Within an hour the service team took a new address and had another chocolate phallus on its way to the intended target. 10/10 will mail anonymous wieners again.

Great product and even better customer service. I had an error with my address I was sending to and already placed the order. I emailed them and they responded immediately and changed the address for me. You do not find customer service like that anywhere anymore, I'm very thankful!
