They glitch you lose all kinds of stuff dice cookies progress or it just doesn't show the progress they don't fix anything they are horrible if you don't spend money and I mean alot of money eye you won't progress don't waste your time

Won a tournament that had prize of cards 4.5k rolls ..didn't receive anything . When I messaged support they gave me 1k rolls even though coming first rewarded 4.5k rolls ..absolute scammers

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit diesem Spiel gemacht. Dies ist nur das Geld aus dem Sack gezogen nichts anderes. Am Anfang machte das Spiel noch Spass aber jetzt kommt man fast nicht mehr an seine Belohnungen, ohne das man etwas bezahlt und das ist absolut schlecht! Auch wenn man die 10 Levels geschafft hat, kommt kein neuer Abschnitt mit 10. Levels, man bleibt immer beim 10. Level hängen. Habe den Support schon kontaktiert und keine Antwort darauf erhalten. Also wer gerne Geld ausgibt für nur Spielspass und am Ende doch nichts erreicht, ist hier genau richtig. Bin nur noch genervt unt total entäuscht von diesem Spiel.

This game is rigged , they will have someone keep attacking you over 10 times attacking & raiding your buildings and you can only attack back twice , they want allow you to raid their coins,If you not playing with that person back they still will attack you more than your own friends. I spend like $50 a month to not have fair play this is not fair play . You try to message customer service but nothing happens they only say this is apart of the game & it shouldn’t especially if they’re not my friend. 2 attacks that’s it everything else is attacking & harassing to the player. They do not have a block button to block outsiders . It’s no way they a stranger o don’t even play with can attack me over 10 times & raid my coins and I can’t do it back. I’m about to delete this game they can have it. They have a fair play policy that they don’t even go by . I think it’s fine to sue for not having fair play
