It's a cute game but very glitchy. It doesn't record progress 80% of the time and the ads for free boosters never work. It's impossible to reach achievements.

its horrible i purchased something in the game my money got deducted but i never recieved anything tried to reach the customer support but they dont even reply now my money is gone and there are too much ingame ads

Agree with all other 1 star posters. Should be zero stars. Read their posts. Terrible game in my opinion. Among many issues is Tasks/points you are almost completing to receive prizes vanish st times and customer service won't compensate because they say " you didn't complete task." They constantly insist it must be a glitch and they will report it to their team. Hello!! Can't complete tasks when my points to complete tasks vanish. Once in a while they send a gift like 100 or 200 dice rolls . This is after you have used 1000's or more to try to achieve prizes. They will then happily sell you the extra dice rolls for as much as $149.99!! and you could easily spend hundreds of dollars a week as there is really very little chance to win at this game. Tons of $ offers every time you log in. Customer service can and does sometimes take days. My advice is to stay away from this game as it seems flawed.

Don't even know where to start. Right off the bat, it's overloaded with in-app purchase ads. When you open the game. Every time you run too low on dice, trail coins etc for your current multiplier. Not 1 or 2 ads but 2 minutes worth of clicking them away. Want to check a message or reduce the screen for any other reason? Game restarts, another 2 minutes of ads And then you don't get the rewards (especially final ones) from challenges half the time. Just the last 2 days, I had 6 reward packs missing, took screenshots and screen recordings, but CS still says they can't verify it and gave me a "present" worth like 5% of the missing rewards at most. Done with this shit show and deleting the game.

DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! this game is rigged and set up to rob you of your hard earned money.!!! Every offer costs way to much and every offer is way to small . This game is rigged to get you just close enough to where you're not completing anything so you have to spend more and more money. Customer support is a total nightmare and a joke. Constantly have troubles with not receiving your rewards or what your offer is and have to contact them to wait 3 days to receive compensation by then the tournament is over and you're always 3rd or 4th away when you could have been in first. Too many stupid pop ups and every time the game glitches you lose something trying to buy offers. all this game is,is a money pit for you,and a set up cash cow for the game developers,THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL CROOKS. IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED IT DON'T, AND DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS GAME!!! Once u realize this game is set up for one purpose and one purpose only is to take your money, you will definitely stop spending money on it!

I don't like the fact that you have to pay for cookies to feed your pet to keep it. You should be able to use the money you collect to build your kingdom and use to also feed your pet. It cost w a y too much to buy all the time. A person can go broke trying to buy all the time. They need to make we it where you don't have to constantly spend money.

In the beginning was cool even paid for some points have the time I dont get my dice points and the app freezes and I lose some point and level i be at im delete the game I try to complain and they tell me they dont see anything wrong yea it's a rip off
