Ease of payment and processing, on fallacy is the service rate paid per hour, not consistent with market rate.

Diamond Warranty has been the only warranty company that we have used for many years. While some companies may offer some warranties a little cheaper, we only use Diamond because of their customer service for dealers. On the rare occasions when we had an issue, Diamond has always come through for us. They appreciate the quality of our product and we appreciate their helpful and courteous service. They have always gone above and beyond to help with any problem that we encountered. We are a small used car dealership but feel that we receive the same professional consideration that Diamond Warranty would likely extend to their larger clients.
