Ive had to use my warranty on 2 occasions now. In both instances my mechanic and the adjuster were able to handle things and the adjuster called me immediately. Im extremely satisfied and ill look into extending the warranty when necessary

Fixed engine which was great to have the warranty and everyone was very helpful but the only problem was how long it took to get everything done between getting an adjuster out and having shop put the engine in

We purchased a used vehicle with the option to buy diamond insurance,, although we had concerns of wasting our money we decided to buy it, with in 2 months the radiator started leaking and the power steering was messing up, took it to the shop, and they had never dealt with diamond insurance, but when I picked up the vehicle the shop said it was the easiest insurance company they have dealt with. And saved us more than what we paid for the insurance.
