My fiancee loved her ring and Cindy absolutely helped me so much with figuring everything out!! It was a huge help and diamond’s direct has amazing online shopping experience! The price was fantastic and the quality is second to none!! I had an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone in need of a diamond ring!!

Can not speak highly enough of my recent experience with DD. Excellent selection online but what made it the best experience was the interactions I had with their team. Cindy out of their Raleigh office was beyond helpful and I could tell she was genuinely excited about my engagement. She made the whole process that much more meaningful. She is a true “gem” to the team ;) Diamond arrived in a beautiful and discrete package. JFYI, it does not have any Diamonds Direct labeling on package so my soon to be finance had no clue when the FedEx arrived. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend purchasing from them
