Best buying experience!
Ryan was the most professional and educated person on diamonds I have dealt with to date. While shopping for an engagement ring, Ryan worked closely with me over a period of a few days. He provided options, videos, pics, pricing, or whatever I needed to make the best decision. He took the time to understand what I needed and took a personal Interest that he provided the best support. Because of Ryan’s exemplary professionalism, I will be shopping with diamonds direct again in the future. Chris

My experience was great
My experience was great! The sales associates were so wonderful. Helpful, and knowledgeable ! And I love my diamond rings...treasured heirlooms to hand down to my daughter!

exceptional service
I needed a wedding band in a short period of time. The representative, Ryan, helped me make sure I got it in time. Also wasn’t going to be home for package so decided to pick up at local store and they were able to arrange this for me as promised. The ring was perfect!!!
