I ordered her engagement ring online. I used the chat feature and they answered all the questions I had. Also, I ordered the wrong size and I had to call in and speak with customer service. They were amazing! They noted my issue and had it resized the same day it arrived so there was no further delay. The ring and stone are absolutely stunning, and their customer service is no less. I will ABSOLUTELY be back. Thank you so much for all the help!
