Even though the store closed "mid-deal" you provided him with a level of quality products and then service for him to give me a recommendation. Upon remembering that recommendation a few weeks ago, I browsed your website and found exactly what I wanted and needed. I ordered on a Saturday night. For me to make my hopeful engagement a success I needed the ring fast! So, Monday morning I followed-up via a generic phone number. To my great pleasure I reached Cindy Parker. Cindy helped me with some ideas for an engagement ring. She even gave me some options on what to do with the ring. She made my experience easy and comfortable. Cindy also set up my appointment for me. She didn't have to do that. I could've called the place myself but she took the time and did it. I was nervous coming into the chat but she made it so simple. Cindy, if your manager reads this, she deserves a raise or a promotion, maybe both.
