DO NOT TRUST DIAMONDS DIRECT Manager Anne Pitt STOLE my 50 year old Engagement Ring after minor repairs and gave me a cheaper look alike Ring Back. She said,"WELL YOU WERE GOING TO LOSE IT ANYWAY." There DIAMONDS must be WORTHLESS if they had to STEAL MINE. She cut one of the prongs off and told her boss that's why she kept it because I was going to lose it anyway. My name is Margie McAdams not Margie Adams the date was 10/28/22 not 10/28/25

Cindy has been kind, patient, and more than just a Jewelry dealer. She has patiently listened to my wishes and was determined to get me the exact ring I was looking for at a good price. Cindy is so easy to talk to and was flexible, never getting frustrated and always ready to pivot. By the end of this process, I feel like Cindy is a friend who I trust, as she has always stuck to her word and advocated for me wherever possible. And most importantly, my fiancée is thrilled with the ring, it came out beautifully :)

Matthew is the best, goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of each and every time.

Madison from the online chat was amazing to deal with. She got me everything I needed hassle free!

We went to a diamonds direct near us to test a ring I got from my grandmother to see if it was gold, and they rhodium plated another ring we had free of charge. Jackie Presta was incredible!

Cindy Parker in Customer Service was OUTSTANDING! I have a ring that was willed to me that needs to be re sized. Cindy did some leg work for me and called the store in Dallas that handle these rings. Absolutely amazing customer service! Cindy understood the importance and history of this ring and even asked me to reach out to her in the fall when I’m headed to Dallas and she will coordinate an appointment for me! Truly the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time! Thank you so much! Cindy needs a raise 🥰

I have been in with my daughter a few times now and Stephanie is absolutely wonderful. She has made it so easy for creating a perfect ring for my daughter. Sweet and so professional. Can’t wait to go back and look for something for myself.

I want to send a huge shout out to Mary Beth, Cindy, and Ginny! They saved my anniversary this year and I’m forever grateful. I’m definitely a diamond direct customer for life after this! I had forgotten about my anniversary and ordered a ring way too late for it to get here on time. I contacted Diamonds Direct and they were quick to help me out. Mary Beth was quick to put a rush order on my ring, and when I reached out again to get a status update a few days later, I was told as there were no size 5 in the ring I wanted, my order would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. I was bummed out but that feeling only lasted a few seconds as Cindy, another customer service representative, offered a few other options that would allow for me to receive another ring on time. I agreed with her suggestions and she went looking, along with Ginny, in the back room for other options. Turns out they were able to find the exact ring I had ordered! The ring is being shipped as she speak, and will be delivered tomorrow, with plenty of time before my actual anniversary. Thank you guys so much!
