I had heard of diamonds direct and decided to give it a try . From the moment I was greeted at the door by Leslie the visit was just what I wanted. She was never pushy but very helpful in listening to what I thought I wanted. Everyone in the store very nicely were accommodating and very supportive and friendly without being overbearing salesman. I love the atmosphere and would like to commend the management in how they choose to conduct business. It’s a big decision and they made it effortless and I left there very relaxed and happy with my purchase.

We've been Diamond Direct customers since 2018 and they blew us away with the high level of customer service. Once again today they continue to WOW us. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for fine jewelry. Thank you Diamond Direct!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of working with Melanie. She was fantastic. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me options that fit that bill. She was not pushy and allowed me the time to make the decision that was right for me.
