If you are shopping for a diamond, you should be fully aware of the 4C's. But they are actually 5C's. The fifth C is for Confidence. You want to shop at an honest and reputable business. Diamond Direct is the place, the whole staff was great, but we had the pleasure to deal with Ms. Laura Powers and Julietta (technician). Laura was able to find the perfect set for my wife engagement ring and Julietta custom fit it perfectly. Three of the six prongs of my wife original diamond broke, they were so kind to make a new set of prongs and set the diamond free of charge! (easy $150-$200 job). Diamond Direct has large selection of diamonds in store and online, but the customer service and prices placed them way ahead of the competition.

Just moved to the area 3 1/2 years ago and wasn’t sure who to trust with my diamond. My setting broke, for the second time, and wasn’t sure whether to repair again or get a new setting. I was nervous than a new setting would not look as good as the broken one Bo took a look at the setting and we can fix it but it will break again. He suggested having a custom one built that looked exactly like the broken one. He took some pictures and sent it to a jeweler who could create it. It came out beautifully! Who knew? I now have my new ring back and love it! Just wanted to say how friendly and helpful everyone was Will definitely do business with them again.

Lou Verde in Austin; He was helpful, honest and sincere in getting me the best upgraded watch. We worked physically one on one, then finished the negotiations from 1200 miles away. Never did I question the agreement we settled on. I know that Lou, Seth and Diamonds Direct will back up with any service if needed. We had tried to purchase jewelry at a different store, but too many mistakes were being made and we finally tried DD. Wanted to commend Dylan Papaleo for his fantastic customer service in helping us to find a gorgeous anniversary band. He was attentive but not pushy at all, and kept us updated on the ring's status. What a difference! We couldn't beat the price nor the customer service. Very pleased and I will recommend and purchase in the future.

I had the absolute pleasure in dealing with Diamond Direct's representative Ginny. After multiple attempts, and failures, in attempting to place an online order, I went to the "chat" box where I encountered this wonderful lady. We both continued to encounter the same issue I had been experiencing, and she suggested she call me to try and work through the problem. I agreed. Though it took longer than we both expected her patience and guidance enabled me to complete my order. Ginny certainly went above and beyond any sales representative I have required assistance from. I am so grateful to have lucked into having her respond to my initial "chat". She is a credit to diamonds direct and I hope her performance review will reflect this. 10/10, and five stars.

Madison was so helpful with my application process for financing. I was having troubles on my own and she was too happy to help. I called Wells Fargo and they weren't able to help, but she came through. She was polite and helpful and most of all, actually wanted to help me. Wouldn't want to deal with anyone other than her in the future.
