Best customer service and support ever. Gary reached out when I placed my initial order to confirm the details and design were all correct and no adjustments or changes needed Delivery took quite awhile to get here When it arrived, it wasn't what I expected in terms of quality so I reached out to Gary via email and sent photos of the product. He reached out and offered a replacement which was so much better and came a lot quicker than the first as well I asked for a new design as it seemed a bit strange to have two similar (even if the first would be put in our baby's keepsake safe box for when he's older) I cannot fault the company for the way they managed the issue and also the contact from start to finish Would highly recommend
