Hieu I want to first apologize for the issue you are having. I can assure we always try our best to meet and or exceed our customer's expectations. We are not the manufacturer of the product, we only distribute them. Please contact the manufacture at the number on the box and explain to them your situation. I never received my order. I was treated terrible when trying to communicate to the sales department that I was never sent a receipt or tracking info and they continued telling me they sent it but I never received anything except the responses to original email I sent them. I asked them to send the info to me as a response to my email I sent them but they never did. I am filing a claim with the BBB and I will never recommend this company. My husband is relying on getting these medical supplies and your company doesn't care.
