I ordered an item that would fit in a regular sized envelope, but it took seven days to arrive, despite paying $9.00 for “priority mail” shipping. Thats USPS for you.

They have decent prices but Dave delayed my last two shipments because they was out of the product so they sent me an off-brand wasn't happy with it and we count one the deliveries so when they delay him a week that really hurts us.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with you until my recent purchase: my order was sent to the wrong address and also I paid $13.99 for the faster delivery (qouted:2-4 day delivery) and it still took 8 days to receive my order so hopefully that won't happen again....

They Often Run out of my Supplies, and it's Not listed on their site, so I order, AND THEN they email me (after 4-5 days ) that they're "Out if Stock"! Happens Every 3rd Month. THIS Month AGAIN.! And it's Not "Hard to Find".! It's "Easy Touch Syringes".!! They NEVER give me a Price adjustment, and NEVER Substitute a Better item (in stock) Either.

Could be a little better inflexibility in the needle part but other than that pretty good product

I'm still awaiting the arrival of my last order, so I'm not terribly happy with the service this time around. Usually they arrive more quickly than 5-7 business days. I usually get them the 4th day after I order.
