This started out as a scary experience…
This started out as a scary experience when my current carrier informed me of a big increase with almost no warning. As a diabetic I got nervous about my options as I have heard many horror stories. Long and short of it is Matt with Diabetes Life Solutions jumped in and found me marvelous coverage at a very reasonable rate... We were so impressed at how hard he worked to reassure us that things would be okay... and even when my lab results came back with some complications... he found us a great offer in just a few days. This is a huge relief and I will shout their praises from the rooftops. I will sleep so much better because of a wonderful person like Matt and a company like Diabetes Life Solutions.

Excellent Service and Professionalism
Matt was very helpful from day 1. As a type 1 person I was nervous about the process and potential rates for insurance. Matt did a great job of getting me a very competitive rate on a 15 year level term plan. He stayed in frequent contact throughout the application period and explained every step of the application process. Matt is very professional and I highly recommend his services.

The website was very informative and helped me realize another website was feeding me fake information. Matt quickly contacted me after I inquired and set me up with an application. It was an easy process and I'm very satisfied with the policy I received.

Horrible company....horrible people!
Owner of the company Matt Schmidt is a horrible person. Please see Carnegie,PA Better Business Bureau F rating before you purchase insurance through these people.

Hi John, Thank you for leaving a review. We take feedback very seriously as it is important to us. Our goal is to help everyone with their insurance needs. However, from time to time we are simply not a good fit for certain individuals. As in your case, you refused to provide an agent with the requested health and diabetes information needed in order for us to provide to you real and accurate quotes. We will not provide fake quotes to consumers. In the event a person will not provide us with what we need, we simply close their file which is what happened in your situation. This is pretty standard with most businesses across the country. As far as the BBB, you are correct. We are NOT affiliated with this organization at all and will NOT pay any annual fees to them. The BBB does not govern insurance agents. Rather individual insurance departments from state to state do. Thus we are not concerned about a fake BBB rating since we are not accredited with them nor will participate in their pay to play scheme. We truly wish you and your family all the best, but as previously stated we cannot work with you.
