Dear customer, I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the disappointing shopping experience. Despite our continuous efforts to improve our packaging, challenges during long-distance shipping can sometimes arise. 1.We will promptly send you a brand-new aluminum alloy frame for you to replace the damaged one. 2. to protect the acrylic material, there's a protective film on the surface of the logo. We kindly suggest you try peeling off this protective layer. If you still have any concerns after removing the film, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Best regards, Dia-dia-dia Team

I ordered the jack sparrow pirate ship frame from this company and first off, it was way overpriced. Not only was the Frame itself over $200 but the shipping from china was an additional $75!!! I had to wait about a week and a half for it to arrive and upon opening the box I found the frame to be completely broken on one side with the backdrop creased. I contacted DIA’s customer support team and they were NO help, their exchange policy clearly stated that if the frame was unusable (as this one was) you would be fully compensated. I was not. After bickering back and forth with them for 2 weeks they blamed it on the shipper instead of their lousy packaging job and only offered me $80 back. That’s less than a third of the total cost!! I am SEVERELY UNHAPPY with my purchase and will NEVER be using them again. As a business owner myself, I cannot fathom treating one of my customers this way.

Dear Customer, We're truly sorry for the disappointment with your Jack Sparrow pirate ship frame purchase. The higher price is due to it being a solid wood frame, which is heavy, leading to elevated global shipping costs. Our website clearly states an ETA of 7–14 business days for standard shipping, and your one-and-a-half-week delivery falls within this range. Based on the pictures you provided, there's a minor crack on the wooden edge, and the frame remains usable. Nevertheless, we've already processed a full refund for you. We value your feedback and hope to serve you better in the future. Best regards, Dia-dia-dia Team

I have ordered a console from them, it arrived in perfect condition yeah it took a while to get here but it was expected due to the long distance (from America to Europe) and there was a little stuck during the customs inspection but dia dia helped a lot and they have covered the extra costs form the process so it is a big high five for them. Thank you from here too. I absolutely recommend it!

I placed my order a month ago. I cannot access my shipping information. No idea if or when my package will arrive. Would strongly recommend against this website.
