Un catastrophe ce site ! J’ai acheté un cadre pour mettre en valeur ma fusée Tintin. Le premier envoi : image et cadre des très mauvaise qualité (traces de colle, copie médiocre, cadre abîmé, et une partie du texte en anglais et l’autre en français !?!). Ils me le remplacent : pas mieux. Copie de piètre qualité et fond de cadre gondolé. J’ai accepté un remboursement partiel (70 EUR) car j’ai préféré jeter l’éponge plutôt que de tenter un 3 eme exemplaire. À fuir absolument !!

Finger weg… billig und schlechte Return policy
Leider keine Empfehlung. Verdächtig für mich auch die hohe Anzahl positiver Bewertung mit je nur einer einzigen Trustpilot Bewertung.. meine persönliche Meinung: Trotz des hohen Preises erfüllt das Produkt nicht meine Erwartungen… man muss z.B. die Halterungen für die Modelle selbst in die Bilder bohren. Anleitung gibt es auf Anforderung digital. Bei der EU Return Policy stellt sich der Verkäufer quer (will ua 10% Return Fee und dass ich die Kosten übernehme) - verwechselt scheinbar das EU mit anderem Recht. Nun muss ich leider Paypal einschalten. Die Antwort des Unternehmens entspricht leider nicht meiner Erfahrung. Das sind nur Floskeln - es meldet sich niemand mehr.

Article cher et de piètre qualité
Article cher et de piètre qualité. Les coins du cadre sont mal assemblés et avec la lumière on voit les défauts. En plus le cadre est plié malgré l’emballage intacte.il manquait aussi un équerre dans les accessoires de montage, donc impossible d’installer le Lego! L’article a fait le tour de la terre car il est parti de Chine pour transiter au Japon et passer pas les USA pour arriver en Europe! Vive l’empreinte carbone. Pour résumer:article cher 180euros et 60euros de ports et de taxes, mauvaise fabrication chinoise. Le vendeur me propose 40euros de remboursement que je n’ai à ce jour pas reçu!

Do not purchase from this company. They offer a horrible product.It looks good on the pitcher, but they give you nothing to support it on. They sent me the pitcher frames with 0 mounting holes. Only one brick with adhesive glue and they expect using glue for this to work. That is so awful. And let's mention horrible customer service that they don't even answer when questioned. So do yourself the favor and do not waste your money on this product.Or this company for any other products.

Wrong item. The emailer did not seem to care.
Don’t buy from them.
So they responded saying this is what I ordered. It is not what I ordered. They still don’t care. They just tell me I’m wrong. Bad business practice. They could have made this right and STILL they choose not to do the right thing.
They also claimed it defamatory. It clearly isn’t. They just don’t want to fix a problem.
