I couldn’t be more impressed with Dia Display Studio! Not only are their display frames beautifully designed and of excellent quality, but their customer service truly sets them apart. I recently placed an order for a Goonies LEGO display frame and, due to an unfortunate shipping mix-up, received their Pirates of the Caribbean display instead. Although it wasn’t the frame I originally ordered, I was immediately impressed by its quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. It’s a fantastic display piece that would make an excellent addition to any LEGO collector’s collection. What impressed me even more was how the company handled the situation. Their customer service team was courteous, professional, understanding, and genuinely committed to making things right. Mistakes can happen with any business, but I believe the true measure of a company is how it responds when something goes wrong. Dia Display Studio demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a genuine appreciation for its customers. Their products are excellent, their customer service is exceptional, and they’ve absolutely earned my trust and future business. I highly recommend Dia Display Studio to fellow LEGO enthusiasts and collectors. Five stars, without hesitation!

Awesome frame with great quality. It arrived with no instructions, luckily it's easy to assemble. Shipping was slower than expected as well. Despite the issues, I'd purchase again.

Un catastrophe ce site ! J’ai acheté un cadre pour mettre en valeur ma fusée Tintin. Le premier envoi : image et cadre des très mauvaise qualité (traces de colle, copie médiocre, cadre abîmé, et une partie du texte en anglais et l’autre en français !?!). Ils me le remplacent : pas mieux. Copie de piètre qualité et fond de cadre gondolé. J’ai accepté un remboursement partiel (70 EUR) car j’ai préféré jeter l’éponge plutôt que de tenter un 3 eme exemplaire. À fuir absolument !!

My son had been asking for one of these displays for a while and I will admit to being hesitant to purchase. I was also concerned when I received the shipping notice if it would arrive in one piece, mainly because I was unfamiliar with the method. With all that I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of shipping and the care in which the display was packaged. It arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition.

What you see is what you get. When buying custom framing on the internet one could be very disappointed. With dia-dia-dia.com it was the total opposite. What I saw on their web site is what I got: a well-crafted display with excellent print quality, sturdy material, simple to assemble and ideal for showcasing. My order shipped within a few days from placing the order and was delivered within 10 days. Like I said earlier, what you see is what you get. That's the way it should always be !

I bought many display for my video game room. It looks gorgeous. The quality of the display is A+. Well done, the light works perfectly making my cars look spectacular. And I have no words to describe how helpful and polite customer service is. Thank you Dia.

I brought several displays b/c they are very cool. So far two of the remote receivers have stopped working on the last display i have yet to receive all the parts so I cannot finish it. I have reached out numerous times and one response saying the parts are coming.
