I've done many cleanses before and selected this cleanse because of the raw diet throughout. Some other cleanses I've done previously were juice cleanses and they are a bit harder to do with my travel requirements for work. Anyhow, I selected this cleanse for the raw diet aspect and trying the herbs was a first for me. I'm familiar with the difficulty of the first three days but I wasn't prepared to have a headache for the next 7 days after the initial 3. Something I'm assuming in the herbs just didn't get along with my system. I make it a point to listen to my body so after only 10 days I had to stop taking the herbs because I couldn't function at work.

This is gust great system Detox work !

just getting my eating under control I think it's going to be really beneficial I'm looking forward to the next 18 days to see how far I can go with this. I'll update you soon

I received my products very quickly, and I am impressed with that type of service. I'm also impressed that you value my opinion. I started the program on June 23, 2014 -- so I'm into Day 3. It's working exactly as I anticipated it would -- I can feel my body expelling the ugly toxins. And I can see a lot of awful stuff in my bowel movements. My stomach, or internal organs, are in an uproar so I feel uncomfortable and not ready to eat most of the time. Guess, I got a lot of stuff to clean out. So I'm not tempted at all to eat pizza or fries or butter pecan ice cream like I was before -- oh, I had a horrible craving for carbohydrates. In fact, I feel myself, whenever I do get the urge to eat, desiring the fruits and veggies. My plan, if the progress continues, is to do a 10 day cleanse 2-3x a year. I don't think I could survive without ice cream for more than 10 days LOL. Thank you for your product

I am on my 10th day of the Express Cleanse and I feel great!! There were some tough days, but I perservered and did not yield to temptation. :) I lost 9 lbs. and have not had any of my "normal" cravings. I MAY do the Full Body Cleanse at some point, but after 10, I feel SUPER!! The customer service was excellent. Everytime I emailed "asktheherbalist", I received a response immediately. I know that he got tired of me, but his response never reflected that. I would definitely recommend this cleanse to others.

The 10 day whole body detox is exactly what it says it is, a todal body detox. I am feeling more energized, my skin is clear and I am no longer feeling bloated. The best thing that came out of doing the detox was one of my coworkers told me my skin was glowing. She couldn't figure out why, that's when I told her I was on day 8 of a 10 day whole body detox. I didn't think I could give up sugar, but after the second day, my sugar cravings were decreased. I am not a big meat eater so going raw only enhanced my healthy lifestyle. I will definitely do the detox again, probably every season. P.S. I have also recommended it to my family and friends of which two have already ordered theirs Thank You Lydia Stuckey

I will never try this product ever again. I followed the directions step by step as to when to take the full body cleansers. Five pills starting at 7a.m. in the morning every 3 to 2 hours apart and the charcoal at bed time. Drinking more than eight ounce glasses of smart water a day (distilled and electrolytes), eating all raw fruits and vegetable and I have never been so constipated in my life. I reached out to Dherbs after seven days on the cleansers and explain my situation about being constipated and they advised me to take three pills instead of the recommended five pills. I started the cleanse on June 16, 2014 and I stopped today, June 25, 2014 because I cannot put my health any longer in jeopardy by not being able to have a regular bowel movement. I am bloated, stomach ache, painful having little dry balls of bowel movement, spending lots of time in the bathroom trying to make myself have a bowel movement but I can’t and pushing as hard as I can. Sorry, but the Dherbs cleanser is a disappointment. Not everything that sounds good is good
