I never felt weak or tired. I started feeling the results of the supplements around day 6. The hardest thing for me was sticking to the all raw diet but I made it. And because of that, I will continue to practice clean and raw eating

I was very skeptical about the cleanse from day one but thought to myself, what could it hurt. I'm on the downside of the cleanse (day 16, followed to theT). After I received the package and read the pamphlet a little closer. It seemed to me that the regiment that you must follow would cause you to loose weight and energize naturally without the pills. Me personally, I feel as if I would been able to cleanse equally without the 30 pills a day. Just haven't noticed any significant difference in energy, alertness, etc. I am speaking on this in comparison to have just trying eating clean alone with no supplements which I have done in the past. I do thank you for the experience. I can say I did try it, but it just wasn't worth the time or the money for me. I don't have anything bad to say about the regiment as there Is nothing to report, but I would not recommend it to anyone. Respectfully. .Adrian

Hi. I purchased the 10 day express to begin my journey to health. I wanted to build myself up for the 20 day cleanse. I was truly surprised at the results I received. Although, I did not follow the recommendation for the best result. My results were not bad. I did loose 5 lbs. I am also determined to continue eating the raw vegetables daily until it is more of my diet of a regular basis. Finally, I am planning to buy more products from you and eventually get the 20 day cleanse. Some of the products I really liked were the total body cleanse tea and the activated charcoal. I really dont feel any healthier or different and probably would not recommend it to friends because of the products cost, just seem like the product maybe over priced for what its worth. I still have some time left on my full body cleanse so... ill complete the 20 day process and see how things transpire but so far it seems that I may have wasted my money on this product.

Thanks for the review Michael, Everyone's body reacts differently. If your following the regimen as we recommend you will see results in the end. In order for the cleanse to effective you must stick to the diet. We suggest finishing the cleanse and staying positive. I am trying to be faithful with the cleanse. It made me I'll. So I cut down on the dosage. I take the colon cleanse but the other I am having a hard time with. It difficult to take so many at once. My body started to feel bad and I pushed back from it.
