I am disappointed. I have heard and read about people losing up to 25 pounds with this cleanse. Well I lost no weight. I followed as instructed, eating only fruits and vegetables. The one positive that I will say is that I am going to the bathroom more regularly.

I ordered prenatal vitamins snd received them right on time, two days before I delivered my baby girl. I took them soon as I got them two nights later went into labor had the best labor ever about 12hrs of almost painless labor had my baby 2hrs after getting to hospital. I'd like to give a big thanks to dherbs for the best delivery I've ever had :-)

I'm my opinion taking five pills at one time is hard for me to do, so I have not been able to deep the benefits of this product..please advice as to how to make this easier. The pills are to big to swallow.

You can empty the contents of the capsules into fresh juices, smoothies or herbal teas if your having trouble consuming the capsules. First of all very bad instructions. It doesn't tell you when to eat before or after. Then when you call someone have to call you back of course, I wasn't home to get the call when they did. And the first night I took it I got so sick at work had to leave work sign out sick and go home I work nights. I don't know if the stuff works wouldn't recommend it. The black stuff did nothing to me at all. Have a good day!

Getting sick from the product is rarely because of the herbs. Your eating habits before cleansing plays a major role in the first day. If you were eating foods that weren't good for your health days before, your body attempts to rid itself of the waste once you start the herbal regimen. We're still willing to help you with cleanse. Followed the instructions exactly as stated. Bought food from Whole Foods. Really anticipating good results. No problem with elimination. Only lost 2 lbs. Stayed on the 10 day cleanse for 8 days due to being disappointed. Did not feel 2 more days dramatic weight loss would ensure. Since my eating habits are similar to this cleanse maybe it's why my results were not astonishing.

Hello and thank you for the review. Results do vary as everyone's body is different. Your body has it's own intelligence, it won't allow you to loose necessary weight that you need based on your height and weight ratio. If your eating habits prior to the cleanse was similar, than you might not have benefited from the detox as much as others usually do. We always encourage customers to finish the cleanse because results can occur anytime.
