The cost is extreme. I am willing to pay the cost for the benefit. The detox left me totally exausted and frustrated because of the lack of what to eat. When I received my order I really assumed that it would include a menu and recipes. This detox is dangerous. I stopped and ate a nutritious meal and overnight I felt alive again. Also I had extreme joint pain...

Anita, We provide all the information needed for the cleanse upfront on our website and through our customer service reps. All of our customers are aware of the modified diet required for the cleanse. If you were unsure of what the diet consisted of, contacting us for more information would have been the best way to get more insight. We provide numerous recipes on the site and meal examples in the booklet in addition to explaining what the diet consists of before purchase. There's nothing dangerous about detoxing, it gives people a way to cleanse their bodies.

I followed the diet didn't eat any meat cooked foods.. Ate raw diet and took pills on schedule drank plenty of water had some days with a bowel movement and some days w/o???but I don't feel or see any improvement Was a waste of money Not happy at all was hoping for a better outcome some weight loss...belly fat minimized.. Something... Don't know what I did wrong...

Rita, We're always here to help our customers whenever they find that something is not going right for them. Over the course of 20 days you never contacted us for any assistance or concerns with your cleanse. If you've been eating nothing but fruits and vegetables under the raw food diet it's impossible to not loose any weight. When the diet is not followed it makes the regimen less effective. Bowel movements are a direct effect of what you eat. When you don't consistently eat vegetables then your bowel movements will be inconsistent. The only problems that can interfere with weight loss are thyroid issues or menopause, due to unbalanced hormonal levels. The Dherbs works if you follow the instructions to the letter. It starts off easy and gets hard to continue by day 17. I have changed my eating habits and lost over 20lbs. over the course of the 20 days. I will definetly do it again at least twice a year.
